My recent experience at BCNSportHostels in Barcelona was quite satisfactory. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff demonstrated a commendable level of friendliness and assistance. I found the value for money to be reasonable, and the quality of the WiFi met my expectations. Overall, a commendable option for groups and individual travellers.

Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Man kann die Fenster nicht aufmachen und die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Die Luft im Zimmer ist kaum zu ertragen auf Grund von Hitze und Gestank aus der Dusche, wodurch man auch kaum Schlaf bekommt. Die Klobrille war kaputt und ist runtergefallen. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht und auch die meisten Steckdosen sind kaputt. Der Staff war ebenfalls nicht besonders freundlich teilweise. Werde nicht mehr wiederkommen. Pure Reizüberflutung vor allem weil man nicht einmal ein bisschen frische Luft bekommen kann.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything from the room comfort to the amenities was great, but what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff, especially at the front desk.
The reception team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile, no matter the time of day. Their great recommendations and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in my trip.
If you are looking for a hotel with top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. I will definitely be staying here again!

A éviter les chambres elles pus les odeurs grave les fenêtres elles sont condamnés les bagages ils sont pas sécurisés en plus le service est très nulle c'est pas sérieux ils veulent pas travailler je vous conseille de l'évier vraiment j'ai oublié le lit et les frais ils sont pourris

Los recepcionistas, tremendamente amables. Nos dieron todas las facilidades al momento de entrar.
El hall de entrada se compone de un par de pelotas de fútbol grandes en el mostrador, una especie de grada para acceder al comedor/habitaciones, y un montacargas para salvar el desnivel de aquella.
El acceso a las habitaciones está relativamente bien señalizado. En nuestro caso, una de 4 personas, con dos cama de matrimonio y dos literas.
Al entrar, buena sensación de limpieza, aunque las camas tienen que hacerlas los huéspedes. El mobiliario, el que puede ser normal para una noche de paso, nada lujoso ni fuera de lo normal.
El plato de ducha es bastante grande, al menos el de nuestra habitación, y el cuarto de baño se compone sólo del WC, estando los lavabos en el pasillo previo.
Sólo por el sitio, muy cercano a Paseo de Gracias, merece la pena si quieres una estancia sin lujos para visitar zonas claves de Barcelona.

La pire auberge de jeunesse de toutes mes expériences (+20). Le personnel est sympa mais la saleté des chambres est une catastrophe. Taches sur les matelas et les draps. Pour « sécurité » il est impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre donc ça pue. Idem pour la douche, ça rend la chambre humide sans pouvoir aérer la chambre. Je suis montée en haut pour voir mon lit et j’ai trouvé deux coton-tiges et du chewing-gum mâchée, ce qui m’illustre le fait que les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées entre les réservations. On a vu un cafard près de l’accueillir en bas.

La toilette de notre chambre n’avait plus son siège (???) et l’état de la toilette était abhorrant. Franchement ne restez pas ici.

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο συγκεκριμένο hostel ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται ούτε στα βασικά standards καθαριότητας και φιλοξενίας.

Οι χώροι ήταν εμφανώς βρώμικοι, ενώ τόσο τα σεντόνια όσο και οι πετσέτες είχαν λεκέδες. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, οι πετσέτες παρέχονταν μόνο με επιπλέον χρέωση 3€, κάτι που θεωρώ απαράδεκτο δεδομένης της κατάστασής τους.

Επιπλέον, μέναμε σε δωμάτιο 12 ατόμων, στο οποίο το μοναδικό παράθυρο ήταν κλειδωμένο, χωρίς καμία δυνατότητα εξαερισμού ή καθαρού αέρα. Οι συνθήκες μέσα στο δωμάτιο ήταν αποπνικτικές και εντελώς ακατάλληλες για τόσα άτομα.

Αυτό όμως που έκανε την εμπειρία πραγματικά σοκαριστική ήταν η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Όταν ζήτησα μία κουβέρτα επειδή είχα πυρετό και κρύωνα, υπάλληλος του hostel άρχισε να μας φωνάζει και έφτασε στο σημείο να μας πει να βγούμε έξω “να παίξουμε ξύλο”. Μία τέτοια συμπεριφορά είναι εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική, προσβλητική και απαράδεκτη απέναντι σε πελάτες.

Η μοναδική θετική πλευρά του καταλύματος ήταν η τοποθεσία του. Δυστυχώς όμως, αυτό δεν αρκεί για να αντισταθμίσει τις συνθήκες καθαριότητας και τη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν.

truly an unlucky place. we spend a lot of money even tho it was the cheapest hostel, and the other guests were very strange.

the staff was really nice and helped us out a lot, but one of them seemed really burnt out by all the crazy stuff happening during the night shift. (stuff you cant even make up)

the only thing that was really unacceptable was the hygiene, especially in the kitchen. it had the smallest kitchen with a huge fridge everyone uses, and the entire kitchen was super hot and smelled rotten.

there were barely any windows in the building.

the placement is fine and the theme is fun, but the other guests and the hygiene make it a hard hostel to get a good nights sleep in.
