Mañana domingo, el que esté residiendo en el hotel pared con pared conmigo, va a madrugar. Lo garantizo. Mañana necesito hacer muchas obras en mi habitación de la misma manera que sus hijos necesitaban correr la maratón a las 2 de la madrugada porque se ve que es el momento y el lugar para que tus hijos estén correteando y gritando

It's ok for a short stay. Decent, but not as clean as I'd like.
Even though you book a bed in a mixed room, they'll place solo travellers in rooms separated by gender in as much as possible. The rooms are quite small, with just a narrow passage between the beds and the lockers.
There are only two bathrooms on each floor: one for ladies, one for gents. Each bathroom has one toilet behind a second door, two sinks and a shower. It's not enough if the hostel is full, but you may find that other floors are empty and the bathroom is free.
The kitchen is large. Cooking utensils are lacking, but you can manage. The lounge/dining area is very nice.
Lounge, kitchen and terrace close at night, so you must either go to bed early or go out, and you need to keep drinking water in your room.
The location is fantastic.

There are nice and respectful people in the rooms. But it's not possible to have a nice rest because there are people coming in and out at all times of the night and early morning.

The pros of this place is that it's very cheap and the location is convenient, additionally your bed includes a locker which you can use with the room key. Another good thing is that the metro and a bus stop being one block away. Also it has a small kitchen in case you plan on doing that.
The main cons I had were that the reception only was open until 4, so you had to go to another hostel 5 mins away to get your key. Also, the bathrooms should be motion detection activated. It's really gross to push a button to turn on the light. Same for the toilet seat, push mechanisms are gross. A lever mechanism would be advisable. And because the building is small there's only one shower for men and one for women per floor, and there's no lock for it, just a plastic courtain.
