Llegué a este hostel guiándome por las reseñas y la verdad que suuuuper bien. Los chicos del staff un amor, súper buena onda, Laia lo más. El ambiente está genial para hacer sociales y podes sumarte a las diferentes actividades del día. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, con lugar de guardado, duchas y baños limpios constantemente. Volveré siempre que esté por barna 🫶🏼

From a perspective of dealing with the staff at Black Swan Hostel I can’t recommend them enough!I don’t have all of their names but Laia and reception team were amazing ❤️They were so understanding and supportive and went out of their way to assist us with an issue.A massive thanks to Gabriel who went over and above, for this we will be eternally grateful and we can’t thank and commend him enough.Black Swan are lucky to have you.

This hostel was great, all staff members were friendly and helped when needed! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. During our stay, our room was continuously having trouble with the AC, but management was made aware and took the steps necessary to make sure it was working again!

I would highly recommend this hostel and will stay here again :)

Desde la reserva hasta la salida todo muy bien.

Barselona turistik bir şehir olduğu için oteller baya pahalı, o nedenle hostelde kalmak gerekebiliyor. İnternetten araştırtıp, daha önce de burada kalan arkdaşım önerince kalmaya karar verdim.
Hostes Katalunya meydanına yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede. Katalunya meydanına da havalimanından kalkan Aerobus’larla yarım saatte geçebiliyorsun. Yani ulaşımı oldukça basit.
Hostele gelince, oldukça temiz ve düzenli bir yer. Ayrıca çalışanlar çok samşmi ve yardımseverler. Ben 6 kişilik karma odada kaldım ve hiç rahatsızlık yaşamadım. Kalan insanlar gğleryüzlü ve çok saygılıydı. Alt katta insanlar tanışıp vakit geçirebilecek ferah bi salon ve ayrıca mutfak mevcut. Akşam eğer clublara gitmek isterseniz de kişi başı 20 Euro’ya götürüyorlar. Öyle bir imkan da mevcut. Ben kendim ayrı takıldığım için tercih etmedim ama 20-25 kişilik gruplar halinde gidenler oldu.
Benim gayet keyif aldığım güzel bir konaklama adresi oldu diyebilirim, gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

I was so happy with my stay at Black Swan Barcelona! They were so accommodating regarding my request to modify the dates of my stay. Their team was very quick to respond and provided excellent communication throughout the process.

I especially want to mention Helena at the front desk. She was so sweet, cool, and welcoming. She was incredibly proactive, making sure all of my questions were answered and providing me with helpful information before I even thought to ask. She was so easy to talk to and gave me excellent recommendations for local food and drinks.

I had such a wonderful experience that I am also planning to stay at your location in Sevilla.

I stayed at Black Swan Hostel in Barcelona for 2 days and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent! close to many of the city’s main attractions and very convenient for exploring Barcelona.

The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff and fellow travelers made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to Chiara for the delicious dinner! was a great way to meet people and enjoy the hostel’s social vibe.

The night pub crawl organized by Ismail and Mazen was also a highlight of my stay. Did an amazing job creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience while showing us some great nightlife spots around the city.
