CUIDADO. Si llegas más tarde de las 22:00 (aunque sean cinco minutos), tienes que pagar 40€ (y en efectivo, claro).
Además, las habitaciones son enanas y la ducha horrible.

清掃された個室部屋と共用バスルーム、かつ親切で笑顔が素敵な管理人の方が電子レンジを貸してくれて非常に良い滞在先でした！特に立地がカサミラなどに近いのでとても良かったです！
歴史的な熱波が来てることもあり、扇風機はあるのですが、エアコンなどもあれば完璧です！

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρια μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν όπως περιμεναμε.Αρχικά δεν υπήρχε καμία συννενόηση με την γυναίκα που μας υποδέχτηκε,ήταν πολύ αγενής,μας έκανε και λαθοσ δωμάτια και αρνήθηκε να κρατήσει τα πράγματα μας στο checkout εμώ στο check in δεν είχε πρόβλημα,εμείς πετούσαμε 12 το βράδυ και το checkout ήταν 11 το πρωί…Τα δωμάτια ήταν όμορφα,αλλά είχαν σπασμένο το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου και δεν είχαν καθολου ηχομόνωση,ακούγαμε τα πάντα απτους διαδρόμους και το διπλανό δωμάτιο.Μας βόλεψε μόνο και μόνο επειδή ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία αλλά θεωρώ υπαρχουν καλύτερα και σε πιο οικονομική τιμή(εμείς αργήσαμε να κλείσουμε διαμονή και ουσιαστηκα ήταν η τελευταία μας επιλογή)

THE OTHER RATINGS ARE FAKE !

Casa Nova was the worst stay of my life.
It wasn’t cleaned and they refused cleaning if you were at the accommodation (even if you’re outside the room), the shower was broken and poop was coming out of it, the walls were so thin we heard people in the other rooms talking and all the noise from the street so we couldn’t sleep.

The lady that was supposed to welcome us came late, was HORRIBLE with us and very rude. She didn’t even say hello, no smiles and not trying to help us in any way.

They refused to keep our luggages after checkout like any other hotel or accommodation would do and we had to pay for lockers.

You need to book something else as it it a horrible place.

Estuvimos alojados dos dias; excelente ubicación en Barcelona, una Casona antigua restaurada a nueva; el departamento confortable y limpio; lo único para objetar es que tiene una bomba en el baño que produce mucho ruido, además de escucharse todo de la pieza colindante. El resto, para volver y recomendarlo.

La stanza è molto spaziosa letto abbastanza comodo penso un po' datata il bagno in camera ovvero sul balcone della camera , però è funzionale e pulito non c'è aria condizionata solo un ventilatore che dal rumore che fa sembra sembra un elicottero ! Ben collegato con la metropolitana per muoversi facilmente ! Nell'insieme per 120 euro a notte più 5,5 euro al giorno di tassa di soggiorno sufficienza per i prezzi di Barcellona ! Per il servizio non c'è stato non c'era neanche la colazione !

The guesthouse’s location is definitely its strongest point—central and convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was extremely small, the bed was terrible—uncomfortable, and left me with back pain. If all you care about is location, it might be okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed at Casa Nova Hostel with a friend, and we had a great experience. The reception was incredibly helpful—she provided us with all the necessary information about Barcelona and even arranged a taxi for us when we left.

The apartment floors were tidy and had a pleasant scent, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment. The walls were a bit thin, but after 10 PM, all the guests were very polite and quiet, so it didn’t cause any major issues.

Considering the price, location, and quality of service, Casa Nova Hostel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Barcelona!

ZERO STARS!!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t book here. If your flight gets delayed and heaven forbid you don’t make it for their 10 pm check out window... consider yourself on the street with your valuable luggage. Oh and the number they provide to call and let them know of a delay? No one picks up and the voicemail is FULL. And when you finally find someone,, they will tell you they “don’t know where the key is” to open the door for you. Then they will come out and say if they find someone to open the door and check you in, YOU have to pay THEM for letting you into a place you PAID for?! The worse part about it was my friend has a sprained ankle and has a hard time ambulating. Do you think they care? No. Because you, the paying customer, are an inconvenience to them. This place doesn’t even have air conditioning and was a last minute book for us since our original choice in hotel was booked. I may have expected this from an Airbnb but I booked through booking.com!
