I’ve travelled at hostels all over the world and I have never stayed in a place like this. To put simply:
- The shower is covered in mould. It’s not safe
- Staff come into your room at all hours and turn the lights on
- There is one common room that is closed all day for “cleaning”. Showers are also closed for most of the day.
- You are not allowed to cook in the kitchen only “warm up food” (??)
- The “air conditioning” is one fan.
- There is no luggage storage
- After checkout they ask you to leave the property immediately. I wasn’t allowed to wait an hour and then go take my bus.
- Website says all taxes included but they don’t include city tax.
- They cancelled my booking by mistake and then I had to call and they said it was fine.

Not worth the price at all in my opinion.

Horrible place to stay. The location is perfect but there is black mold on the walls in the bathroom and in the sink. Showers "closed for cleaning" but are so dirty and don't work. We left early because I am extremely allergic to mold to stay at another apartment and accidentally left things, called an hour later to see if we could pick them up and they said they had thrown them away. Says there is AC but there is no AC at all. Cleaning lady comes in at 11 in the morning so if you're not a morning person, don't expect to get sleep while she is cleaning.

Lo único es que se debería ser más serio con la gente que molesta, si estás durmiendo en habitación compartida hay que respetar, y si no se hace el personal que trabaja ahí de ería hacer algo, pero bueno todo estaba muy limpio y la verdad lo que es el hostal muy muy bien

I wouldn't recommend any woman to stay at this hostel. The male receptionist often enters the women's room without knocking, blatantly invading their privacy. I've never felt so violated in terms of privacy before. Not only does he do this, but he also mistreats guests throughout their stay. Merely asking him a question is met with mistreatment. Even when I tried to hold onto a friend's small bag after her checkout, he yelled and mistreated her. Furthermore, he has made it clear that he doesn't care if we leave negative reviews about him or the hostel. Personally, I've wanted to speak with the owner, but I'm certain he's already aware of this man's mistreatments.
There are no lockers available to store your suitcase after your stay, and if you inquire about leaving anything for a few hours in the hostel after your check-out, they want to charge you.
If you stain a towel with makeup, they charge you, even if the makeup comes out in the wash. The kitchen and showers are closed from 11:30 PM until 8 AM, and they close again for some hours in the evening. So if you want to eat or shower during those times, you're out of luck. Additionally, the bathrooms are inside the rooms, causing a lot of noise and discomfort, especially for the girls sleeping nearby. Sharing a small bathroom with 13 other people makes it quite unsanitary, even with daily cleaning.

Great location, well connected with the public transport and there's everything you might need in the vicinity of the hostel but the personnel can be a bit intrusive.

Gets the job done but:
Showers are dirty and close at 23.30.
The common areas are often occupied by the romantic effusions of the owners until 23.30 when they are closed.

Position is very good.
Beds are sturdy and comfortable.
Locks for lockers are provided with a 10€ deposit.

Péssima experiência no geral. Divisão demasiado pequena para 14 camas, não trocam a toalha de banho para quem fica mais de 3 noites e ainda obrigam a pagar taxa de 10€ caso a sujarmos. Entram nos quartos às 10:30 da manhã acordam as pessoas e obrigam e sair (supostamente para limpar). Àrea comum encerrada a partir das 10:30 ficando impossível aceder à sala e cozinha (que me parece um horário normal para tomar o pequeno almoço). Rudes no tratamento dos hóspedes.
Não voltarei.
