Very disappointing experience. The place was completely different from the photos and description. We arrived and immediately felt uncomfortable. It was not properly explained that the bathrooms were shared, and the overall condition did not feel like a real hotel as advertised.

We tried to contact the host several times when we arrived because we needed help, but nobody answered us. We even asked only for a partial refund, not the full amount, but they still refused.

We traveled far and lost an entire day because of this situation. I would not recommend this place because the communication, honesty, and customer service were very poor.

My room was very nice and had everything I needed: AC, a fan, a window that can be closed, a small sink to wash my hands, a table, a bed, and good lighting. There was also a spacious cupboard and enough room to store my things. I especially appreciated the table in the room, which made it easy to do my office work.
The common space was beautiful and well equipped — you can sit inside or outside, enjoy books, and use the free coffee and tea station with hot water, cutlery, and cups. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very nice hostel experience.
