Tiene cucarachas y no tienen flit para matarlas. No hay aire acondicionado ni ventilación adecuada. Eso es un horno y hemos pasado una noche horrible. El personal es amable. Tienes que recoger las sabanas en recepción y hacerte tu la cama y luego devolver la sábana. La ubicación es buena. Las calles huelen fatal y estan muy sucias

We stayed in a private room in this hostel. Our main issue was that it was so hot with no ventilation or air flow even with a window open. The fan provided is like a desk fan and does not help. Had a terrible sleep as a result of this. I question the cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms too. It felt like a very steep price for what you got. We had another night booked a week or two after our first stay and had a family emergency which meant we were no longer able to stay. We put a request for free cancellation and it was quickly declined. Obviously they don’t owe it to us to grant us free cancellation but considering every other hotel/hostel did, it was just a cherry on top to a bad experience. The location is excellent and the staff were friendly but I would not recommend this place to travellers.

Местоположение замечательное!
Сервис хороший. Белье постельное чистое, кровати 2х ярусные, но матрацы удобные.
Туалет и душ на этаже. На всех.
Номер сам по себе чистый, но минималистичный. Стол, стул, металлический шкаф и две кровати. Одно выходило во двор. Был ещё вентилятор.
В принципе можно на пару ночей остановиться.

Location was fine. Service was absolutely horrible. They were so rude. We had a friend that had a different hostel and he wasn’t even allowed inside. Everyone gave us attitude. They went into our rooms when we were gone and unplugged the things we had charging and turned off our fan. They might’ve snooped through our stuff. (We had a private room.) Came back sweating to a hot and musty room that looks like a jail cell. Beds are uncomfortable and I think there was bed bugs in them and the sheets did not look clean. I did not enjoy this place at all. Would not recommend. Low-key pay too much for it to save your money and go somewhere else. The elevator only worked one out of five times also so we had to climb up the stairs and the doors on our room wouldn’t lock and close. Worst place I’ve stayed and I’ve been to 53 countries. Showers were also disgusting and most of the time there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms and if there was soap, it was very watered down.

Great hostel. However, someone vommitted all over the second floor, smelt disgusting. There was a room full of incredibly disrespectful young men, they stayed up too late, were really loud, and of course made a mess on the floor. This was probably the worst smell I have ever smelt. The location was great and so was the staff as well.

Lugar simples, mas super atende, fica no bairro Gótico, eu amei o lugar, tem toalhas, lençol, cobertor e armário, é bom levar cadeado.
Acesso fácil e rápido a Restaurantes, metrô, mercado..
