Currently sleeping on one of their bed, the shared room is very stuffy and hot, no aircon, not even air ventilation or maybe just way too weak

I feel like sleeping in peoples hot breath

If you want slightly fresher air, you need to go stand in the hallway, or go downstairs to the lobby

Air quality in the room need major improvement

Overall the hostel is fair but still have rooms for improvements:

Good things:
- Good privacy, have curtain for every bed
- Night gathering for guests to social
- Toilet and bathroom on the 1st floor are clean
- Flexibility on switching upper bed or lower bed
- USB charger port available, so no need to bring adaptor

Bad things
- Toilets the second floor are dirty and smelly, i opened the door and scared me away
- wifi in the property is very unstable, often automatically disconnected or not able to connect
- The only Hairdryer in women bathroom does not work and no spare hair dryer available, and no immediate help from counter staff
- No free baggage storage service before and after stay, only paid locker provided and the price is a lot more expensive than normal price, they offer 3.5 euro for first hour, 0.5 euro for each additional hours (while luggage storage on the street only charge $3.59 per day)
- Luggage are not able to put inside the cabinet (not about the height or width but because the depth) but can be placed elsewhere in the room
- No noise control policy, occasionally some guest are chit-chatting loudly at the room in midnight

Ich war vom 25. Juli bis zum 3. August hier und hatte insgesamt eine schöne Zeit. Ich bin grundsätzlich jemand, der sich lieber auf die positiven Dinge im Leben konzentriert, und deshalb möchte ich auch genau damit beginnen.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Sofia und Mohammed. ❤️ Die beiden haben wirklich einen tollen Job gemacht. Sie waren herzlich, offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte bei beiden das Gefühl, dass ihnen wirklich wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Sie sind sehr wohlwollend auf Wünsche eingegangen, haben immer versucht zu helfen und zu unterstützen und waren sich auch für keinen Extraweg zu schade. Diese persönliche und herzliche Art habe ich wirklich sehr geschätzt.
Auch die Atmosphäre im Hostel fand ich grundsätzlich angenehm und ich nehme aus meinem Aufenthalt vor allem die schönen Momente und positiven Begegnungen mit.
Aber: Einen Punkt möchte ich trotzdem ehrlich ansprechen, und das ist die Sauberkeit. Leider hatte ich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nie wirklich das Gefühl, dass gründlich und konsequent gereinigt wurde. Ich habe zwar gesehen, dass gereinigt wurde, trotzdem waren viele Bereiche immer wieder sichtbar schmutzig. Hier würde ich mir definitiv mehr Aufmerksamkeit wünschen.
Außerdem hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das Angebot des Hostels besser kommuniziert wird. Bei mir entstand teilweise der Eindruck, dass sich vieles hauptsächlich um Party dreht. Ich persönlich hätte es schön gefunden, wenn auch andere Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten stärker gezeigt oder kommuniziert worden wären.
Mein persönliches Fazit: Ich hatte eine gute Zeit und möchte vor allem die positiven Erfahrungen mitnehmen. Sofia und Mohammed haben für mich dabei einen großen Teil des positiven Erlebnisses ausgemacht. Wenn bei der Sauberkeit noch nachgebessert und das Angebot etwas besser kommuniziert würde, wäre es für mich ein wirklich rundes Erlebnis gewesen. ❤️🙏🏾🧘🏾‍♂️🍀

the location is nice, nearby the beach. the staff is very friendly, attentionate and professional.
however the rooms are very small and noisy, the bathrooms are super cold and more toilets would be needed for a better hygiene.

Tolles Hostel in der Nähe vom Strand - Personal sehr freundlich, top Sitzgelegenheiten, sehr gemütlich, hat Küche und Kühlschrank - man kann also gut auch selbst kochen
Bieten tolle Events an (täglich!) man kann also super Leute kennenlernen
Mit Metro gut an Zentrum angebunden
Habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt beim Aufenthalt!
