I spent two nights in mambo tango in the female dorm and i was satisfied! It was clean and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the hostel is near the city center next to a metro station. The receptionists were also very kind, one of them let me borrow an umbrella when there was a rainstorm. Definitely would come back again !

Molto pulito, personale disponibile e gentile.
Location comodissima molto ben collegata.
Avevo il letto nel dormitorio "premium" (non mi ricordo come era specificato ma erano letti più carini con maggior privacy) prese per ogni letto, cucina e tendono con copertura completa. Letto abbastanza comodo.
Belle doccie pulite e con la porta.
Wi fi gratis e veloce disponibile.
Area comune molto carina con piccola cucina e deposito bagagli gratuito sotto chiave.
Consigliatissimo! Ci tornerò!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Mambo Tango Hostel. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, alles war gut beschriftet und das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.

Besonders positiv fanden wir das kostenlose Frühstück innerhalb des vorgesehenen Zeitfensters. Ebenfalls praktisch war die Möglichkeit, für einmalig 2 € ein Badetuch zu mieten und dieses während des Aufenthalts kostenlos auszutauschen. Hier wäre lediglich ein kleiner Hinweis hilfreich, dass die Gebühr nur einmal anfällt, da dies nicht klar ersichtlich war.

Wir hatten ein 8-Bett-Zimmer, das sauber und ordentlich war. Schade war lediglich, dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen liessen – vermutlich aus Sicherheitsgründen. Zudem könnten die Vorhänge an den Betten verbessert werden, da sie sich bei leichter Berührung bereits aus der Halterung lösen.

Die sanitären Anlagen waren insgesamt zweckmässig, könnten jedoch etwas moderner und komfortabler gestaltet sein.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wir würden das Hostel weiterempfehlen. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen bei den Vorhängen und den sanitären Anlagen wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt.

Stayed one night and it was top notch hostel!! Very happy with the location and facility. Will consider returning for a longer stay!! Only negative was its a lot of stairs, I was on the 4th floor walkup, and there wasnt much of any laydown space for putting a suitcase or fresh clothes while you shower. Also the online check in was a pain. Overall, it was great. I liked it.

I booked Mambo Tango through Booking for a 4-night stay in Barcelona and paid €950. I specifically selected a room with a balcony and was even forced to pay extra for an “additional bed,” which was marked as mandatory. Naturally, I accepted the higher price expecting to receive the room and services I had paid for.

Upon arrival, it became obvious that this place operates on pure false advertising. The room they gave us was absolutely disgraceful barely 5m², suffocatingly small, filthy, and reeking of mold and stale cigarette smoke. There was no extra bed at all despite charging us for it in advance. The room looked nothing like the photos online, which are clearly misleading and dishonest.

What made the experience even worse was the staff’s shocking behavior. They were arrogant, rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Their attitude was basically: “accept it or leave,” with zero concern for the fact that we had already paid nearly €950. They refused any refund whatsoever. Since our flight arrived late at night, we were trapped and had no real choice but to stay there instead of ending up on the street.

This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. For such an outrageous price, the hygiene was unacceptable, the room was miserable, and the entire place felt neglected and deceptive. We ended up leaving the very next day, losing a huge amount of money and having to go through the stress and humiliation of urgently finding another place to stay.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel unless they want to waste their money on a cramped, dirty room and be treated with complete disrespect.

Expérience catastrophique. J’avais réservé une chambre avec lit double + lit supplémentaire, fenêtre et toilettes privées. Au moment du check-in, on m’a donné une chambre totalement différente : sans fenêtre, avec une odeur insupportable de cigarette froide et d’hygiène douteuse, et surtout sans toilettes privées.

Le pire n’est même pas seulement la chambre, mais l’attitude du personnel. Quand j’ai signalé que la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ma réservation, on m’a clairement fait comprendre : “soit vous acceptez, soit vous acceptez, vous avez déjà payé, c’est votre problème.” Aucune solution, aucun respect, aucune volonté de corriger la situation.

Pour moi, c’est une vraie tromperie : on vend une prestation sur Booking, puis une fois le client sur place et le paiement effectué, on lui impose une chambre indigne et non conforme. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. À éviter absolument.

第一次來西班牙巴塞隆納自助旅行，雖然語言不太通，但5/9傍晚入住的櫃檯帥哥先生不厭其煩的親切協助我辦理入住，還有很多大小事的協助，真的很貼心！
5/10早上也有漂亮可愛親切的Brenda貼心服務早餐時段，以及退房時的各種協助😘

曼波探戈是我在歐洲第一次全自助旅行解鎖體驗的第一家青旅，來到人生地不熟的地方，謝謝曼波探戈青旅的工作人員這麼貼心溫暖有耐心的各種協助， 讓我不安和焦慮降低很多，像回到朋友家一樣舒服自在。

下次還有機會來巴塞隆納，或者有朋友要來我會跟他們大力推薦，這裡地理位置交通/美食，都很棒，真的很適合來度假，對於自助旅行的女生也很友善。
