We booked a room, they let us see one with a view and so far everything is ok, then the day we come for the stay and the room was no longer that one but another without a view. so it's not good and we don't agree, it doesn't work like that, we book a room and they give us another one. it's okay everything yes, nice, clean but this one doesn't

Booked online. Rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a kitchen you can cook in. Free tea, coffee, and thin tea cookies are available 24/7 in the kitchen. The staff spoke a few langages and can help you with anything you might need. They also have a what'sapp offering events like pub crawls and beach trips. The hostel is in a great location. Can't beat it for the price.

I had to take a cold shower the first night. Thought they must have run out of hot water but it turns out something was broken. A sign was put up overnight and by the next evening the water was fixed. They offered hot showers at a nearby hostel if you needed on in the interm.

No lo recomiendo, no hay ninguna zona común para estar que no sea la cocina. Al llegar te piden un depósito de 20 euros adicionales. No te dan una toalla para asearte, tiene costo extra. Según las normas no se puede hacer ruido en las habitaciones a partir de las 12pm por respeto a quienes duermen, pero eran las 3am y aún había gente entrando y saliendo, te abrían la puerta de la habitación sin consideración, ponían música, habrían y cerraban los lockers, hablaban fuerte, y las paredes son de pladour por lo que se escuchaba todo, hasta el timbre. Horrible la experiencia, descanso cero. Sin mencionar que en hostales cercanos ofrecían desayuno incluído, pero no lo vine a saber hasta el día siguiente. No lo recomiendo ni siquiera para estadías de una noche.

El alojamiento se sitúa en una localización muy accesible, a pocos minutos a pie de Plaça de Catalunya y de la estación Universitat. Las instalaciones, que cuentan con la certificación ecológica de la UE, han sido reformadas y ofrecen climatización en las habitaciones compartidas. Pude comprobar que la recepción está operativa las 24 horas y que se dispone de una cocina de uso común. El diseño interior es funcional, con sistemas de ahorro de agua en las duchas que cortan el flujo automáticamente. Para quienes organicen su itinerario diario, la proximidad a los principales nudos de transporte permite una gestión eficiente de los tiempos de desplazamiento.

Super osoblje , soba za cijenu nije loša. Izašli su nam u susret u kriznoj situaciji kada nismo mogli pronaći adresu gdje smo bukirali smještaj. Pohvale sam tim, jako su ljubazni i odlično govore engleski jezik.Veliki pozdravi od braće hrvata🇭🇷👋

I can't recommend this is hostel for people with car. No parking near the hostel. They will send you 2-3 blocks from hostel and you must pay additional 20€ for this is. Also if you have limit budget you must be ready to pay additional 5€ city tax and 20€ deposit!
So you rented 1 place for 25€, but you pay 70€ if you have a car. Deposit that must return, but up to now I don't receive.

Хостел действительно хорош для своей стоимости👌чисто опрятно, вежливые администраторы, расположение все отлично 👍 Есть свои правила в хостеле , что в действительности очень хорошо. Единственное что при заезде у вас возьмут 20€ депозит, он возвращается при выезде с хостела, рекомендую✅

Atención al cliente por parte de los recepcionistas buena. No recomiendo las habitaciones unisex, fue una terrible experiencia intentar dormir ahí, el ruído de los ronquidos no podía ser ignorado ni con tapones.

La verdad que muy amables los recepcionistas pero es lo único que tienen para ofrecer. Tanto las habitaciones como el hostal tienen olor…
Si lo que buscan es dormir y tienen un presupuesto acotado, es lo que están buscando. De lo contrario yo pasaría.

Terrible hay un sonido constante que no te deja ni dormir y luego lo peor !! Si quieres que se te devuelva el dinero por qué que te quieres ir antes no te lo devuelven menuda estafa tomate acciones legales por qué se le aviso 24 horas antes que nos queríamos ir y tenemos el derecho de la devolución

Hi guys!
Firstly, I would like to say that this hostel was perfect for my summer holidays in Barcelona this year with my lovely daughter, which visited the City for the first time. Secondly, I have to say that is very well located, we can even say that is exactly in the heart of the city. You can enjoy until late and you don't need to worry about the transport because you can walk easily to reach any place you want to. Last but not least, the staff was incredible amazing, very helpful and friendly with excellent customer service.
My gratitude to Victor and his wife Emely made my stay even more special, with big memories and suggestions of places to visit in Barcelona. Thank you 😊
