We would, however, like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.

Our 25% discount is on food for all hostel guests, and it is available when ordering at our restaurant. We’re sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly during your visit that’s something we can certainly improve.

We also offer free sangria every day at 10:00 PM, as well as free hostel events every day at 7:00 PM. These are part of what we aim to provide for our guests, so it’s unfortunate that you left feeling that we offer nothing for our hostel community.

Regarding the rules, our staff do have the responsibility of keeping the common areas comfortable and safe for everyone. We understand that being reminded about menus, seating, or where drinks can be consumed may have felt overly strict, and we’ll take that feedback on board.

We’re also sorry the food didn’t hit the mark for you. Taste is subjective, of course, but we take genuine feedback seriously and will pass your comments on to our restaurant team.

We’re disappointed that your experience made you question staying in hostels altogether. Hopefully, your next hostel experience restores your faith.

We’re pleased our central location, welcoming team, social spaces, and room views suited your visits. If noise ever becomes disruptive, please contact reception or message us so we can help, and you can request a quieter room when available. For compact dorms, we’ll do our best to arrange a different bed or room, and our common areas offer extra space to relax. The push-button showers help save water; if the timer or temperature feels off, reception can check it.
