So honestly, it wasn't my favourite hostel I stayed in. Really not social or friendly, no staff at the hostel so its quite odd when you walk in. However I did message the staff at some point to ask if I could leave my bags at the hostel after check out and got an instant reply, super friendly and helpful so really appreciated that. The AC in the room is an old school one, kinda like a box on the floor and was SO loud, made it really hard to sleep. Also the lockers codes are so loud, someone came in at around 4am (expected to happen in a hostel) and it would've been completely okay if the locker wasnt so loud. Mustve woken at least 3 girls up. Its girls only and clean though. If you're looking for something simple, safe with a good location then this is definitely an option, but personally wasnt very enjoyable for me.

È un ostello molto comodo per le mie necessità, vado spesso a Barcellona per dare esami dell'università e, per il mio scopo, è davvero ottimo. Io check-in è automatico, non hai bisogno di interfacciarti a nessuno, ed è tutto spiegato molto chiaro via messaggio ed email. Le stanze sono medio pulite: le lenzuola pulite, la mensola per appoggiare le tue cose e la presa per ricaricare il telefono avevano un bel po' di polvere. Da sottolineare la comodità dell'asciugamani e dell'armadietto con il codice (nel caso dimenticassi il lucchetto)

I spent a few days alone in Barcelona and got to be in a clean enough room with quiet roommates at buba house. the kitchen had more things than I expected (in a good way), but the best thing about this hostel is definetely the location!!! very walkable distance to pretty much every neighbourhood, even the beach isn't that far tbh

Muy buena ubicación , las instalaciones limpias y tuvimos suerte con las compañeras de habitación. Además tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de una taquilla y lo solucionamos rápido con el contacto del hostel. Lo único malo que las taquillas para guardar las maletas son un tanto pequeñas. solo caben maletas de cabina.

The A/C needs to be stronger. Only the back area of the bedroom gets A/C. I had to ask to move beds. Safe and great location.
Ask for bottom bunk bed. Would not stay again.

I'm 55 and I stayed at buba house with my 11 years old daughter in July for a week. Everything was organized and perfect. The things I would improve would be the cleaning (eg above the lockers, the windows, the corners) and I would put both in the bathroom and in the shower some hangers where to hang the towel while you're showering or brushing your teeth!

Las camas son cómodas y lo lockers muy convenientes. Lo único que resulta algo pequeño son los baños. El personal de recepción y limpieza muy agradable y predispuesto.

I have mixed feeling about Buba House.
The place super nice, safe for women and available transportation near by.
But it is summer and the AC wasn't that good. I was sweating the whole bight. I couldn't sleep well. The high bed wasn't good, every time the ladyong was moving, I could hear noises.
In general it wasn't bad.

It was okay, but the lack of air conditioning /ventilation made it a bad stay for me, it was extremely stuffy. Also very dark and gloomy vibe to it, but the staff were very helpful and lovely, and the girls I met there were great. Also location was amazing. Just if you visit in hot periods, it’s very stuffy. Get what you pay for in that sense, it was very affordable

Stanze e bagni puliti, letti comodi: per il prezzo che ha è rispettabilissimo. Si potrebbe migliorare un po’ la questione aria condizionata/ventilazione, ma per il resto rimane un ottima soluzione.
