Todo ok 👌 buena ubicación , las habitaciones están limpias .Era una habitación familiar pero la distribución está muy bien . En cuanto a que solo utilicen el inglés como metido escrito no me parece bien porque estamos en España.

The worst stay ever. I tried to check out immediately after seeing the pool and room but they wouldn’t refund me. I endured for a week but felt very uncomfortable. The pool is a scam, it’s tiny in both width and depth (knee deep). The girls dorm was gross; mouldy bathroom, broken air con, no bed sheet, no bed door/curtain. The guests in the dorm felt less like a nice youth hostel and more like a homeless shelter. The reception treated the private rooms’ guests MUCH kinder than the hostel dormitory guests. However it should be considered that with all the issues, the job of the receptionists is very difficult and they are not at fault themselves, the hotel is. Honestly despite trying, the accommodation ruined my week in Barcelona.

I spent three nights here in July and spent 160 euros including breakfast- an amazing and unbeatable price for any major city. The pool was AN Absolute lifesaver during the hottest hour of the day, and the breakfast was eccellente and gave me the perfect energy boost to start the day. However, the absolute highlight of this place Is the human touch: Johao at the reception Is fantastic! He Is a deeply empathetic, friendly, and always willing to help, making It incredibly easy to overcome any minor issue with his great professionalism.

⚠️ WARNING — BOOKING SYSTEM HACKED, GUESTS TARGETED BY SCAMMERS ⚠️

Before check-in I received a WhatsApp payment request that turned out to be from scammers who had hacked the hotel’s booking system. They had all my personal details and my bank account was drained. When I arrived, the hotel said my booking was cancelled for non-payment — then ignored all my emails. I had to find alternative accommodation at peak same-day prices.

Shame, because the facilities look good, but the IT security failure and non-existent customer service make this hotel impossible to recommend. Verify any payment request directly with the front desk before sending money.

We received a very warm welcome; the staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped—we were even provided with towels and a small toothbrush kit. It was also really nice of them to let us leave our luggage after check-out, so we could do some final sightseeing before heading to the airport.
The only downside is the TV, which was only in Spanish and wasn't a smart TV, making it pretty much useless for non-Spanish speakers. Also, the pool is very small, so it's often overcrowded, but it's still decent for the price.

Excelente hostel. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con amplias, están en todos los detalles.
Las áreas comunes muy confortables, tienen libros, música siempre moderada.
Recomiendo ampliamente el Hostel y sobretodo el personal!
Gracias por hacer de ésta una experiencia única. 💘

Tolles Hostel, zentral in einem coolen Stadtteil, U-Bahn 1min zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal supernett und die Zimmer schön sauber und mehr als ausreichend. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei.

A very clean double bedroom, strong air conditioning, great location and efficient staff who were helpful about storing luggage. It felt clean, safe and a great location for walking most places.

The pool area was perhaps a little bit hot and basic but you aren’t going for the pool. There are extras such as paying for safe key and breakfast but that’s standard for this type of accommodation.
