Esperienza molto deludente. Al check-in ci è stata consegnata una chiave che apriva una camera già occupata da altri ospiti: un errore gravissimo dal punto di vista della sicurezza e della privacy. Dopo aver cambiato stanza, anche la nuova chiave ha smesso di funzionare. Inoltre, su Booking gli asciugamani risultavano inclusi, ma in struttura ci è stato detto il contrario e l’unica risposta ricevuta è stata: “scrivete a Booking”. Nessuna soluzione, nessuna attenzione al cliente. Gli errori possono capitare, ma il modo in cui vengono gestiti fa la differenza. Purtroppo non torneremo.

Would you like to be reminded why you normally stay in a hotel? Then stay at the 'trashy' twenty hostel, where dignity dies a slow and painfull demise EVERYTHING carries a fine at this esteemed establishment; talk past 10 pm - €260, eating in rooms - €100, get drinkable water past 10 pm, €100. The so called 'Mediterranean' breakfast is nothing but flavouless chemicals in plastic wrapping, something conveniently omitted from the sustainability rhetoric. However, the beds can be seen as character building, as sleeping with unidentified red, brown, and white stains sobers you up pretty quick. Keeping you safe at night is the fun-police security guard, who is more interested in watching the full grown adult guests' every move on the numerous security cameras than watching your passports, which are kept in a plastic box on the desk in full display from the street.
Worth noting is the delightfull welcoming present of a floater in the toilet. Speaking of, who likes having the light on in the b0g? Not me. For a little challenge, I've attached a photo of the hostel toilets and one of pris0n toilets. Can the hostel managers guess which is which?

Our house rules, including quiet hours and policies regarding food in the rooms, are in place to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests. Any penalties are only applied in exceptional situations when these rules are repeatedly disregarded, and all policies are clearly communicated before and during the stay.

Regarding breakfast, we have recently introduced a renewed buffet offering a wider variety of products, including bread from a local bakery, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, Greek yogurt, pastries, seasonal fruit, as well as gluten-free and vegan options. We continuously review our food offering based on guest feedback.

We are also concerned by your comments regarding cleanliness. This is not representative of the standards we strive to maintain. Had these issues been brought to our attention during your stay, our housekeeping team would have addressed them immediately.

With respect to security, we would like to reassure you that our procedures are designed to protect both our guests and the property. CCTV is used exclusively for safety purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations, and personal documents are handled following the established procedures.

Although we regret that your experience was not a positive one, we appreciate you sharing your comments, as they allow us to continue evaluating and improving our services. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Just spent some amazing days at Twentytu Hostel Barcelona! 🌟 The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I slept like a baby in my comfy room! 😴 Had no issues at all, but I could tell they would’ve handled anything promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Barcelona!

Camas confortáveis e tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Entretanto, o quarto que fiquei era bem apertado, considerando que era para 4 pessoas. Wi-fi ruim, não funcionava em todos os locais do quarto. Na cama que fiquei, por exemplo, o sinal oscilava muito e muitas vezes deixou de funcionar por completo. Não havia toalha de banho nem toalha de rosto. O local de banho era anti funcional e, como não havia tapete para pisar assim que saía do chuveiro, o quarto inteiro acabava ficando molhado.

i am currently staying here for a school trip I have loved every part of the stay. the food and drinks and accommodation is exceptional the staff are friendly and nice the rooms are quiet and nice howether the bedsheets were a struggle to put on sometines

Actualmente me alojo aquí por un viaje escolar y me ha encantado todo. La comida, las bebidas y el alojamiento son excepcionales. El personal es amable y atento, las habitaciones son tranquilas y agradables, aunque a veces costaba poner las sábanas.Encontramos un insecto muerto en la habitación, pero aparte de eso, estuvo bien.

Actualment m'estic allotjant aquí per un viatge escolar. M'ha encantat cada part de l'estada. El menjar, les begudes i l'allotjament són excepcionals, el personal és amable i agradable, les habitacions són tranquil·les i agradables, però de vegades era difícil posar-hi els llençols amb Vam trobar un insecte mort a l'habitació, però a part d'això estava bé.

My recent stay at Twentytu Hostel Barcelona was quite enjoyable. I would like to commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism, deserving of a full 5-star rating. While I rated my overall comfort during the night as 4 stars due to some minor noise issues, the facilities were well-maintained and conducive to a pleasant stay. I would certainly recommend this hostel to others visiting Barcelona.

Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt und mir hat das hostel ansich auch mehr oder weniger gefallen die Dachterrasse zum beispiel war sehr schön und der Keller auch jedoch waren die Zimmer viel kleiner als auf den Fotos angegeben und es hat sehr stark nach Chlor gerochen, auf der Toilette war es sehr schlimm außerdem würde ich noch gerne hinzufügen das der etwas ältere typ der abends an der Rezeption sitzt sehr unfreundlich ist. Zusätzlich schmeckt das Brot beim Frühstück wie von vorgestern und in diesem high tech hostel gab es nichts was high tech war außer die 6 Fernseher unten im früstücksraum
