Le falta mejorar muchísimo las instalaciones, el piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio cuando entramos, el wifi no funcionó nunca, el sensor del ascensor no funciona y te cierra la puerta cuando estás entrando de manera peligrosa y las tarjetas para ingresar a la habitación fallaron 3 veces. Lo único bueno es la ubicación

excelente experiencia. muy limpio y agradable. toda la gente es muy amable. y es una buena oportunidad para conocer a gente nueva. aparte de que tiene una excelente ubicación, para caminar o cerca del metro.

Più che un ostello, sembrava un set di un film horror a basso budget.
​La "Camera": Un loculo minuscolo e senza aria (finestra bloccata). Se soffrite di claustrofobia, qui vivrete il vostro peggior incubo tra puzza di chiuso e muffa d'annata.
​Igiene Creativa: Lenzuola e piumini decorati con macchie e capelli omaggio dei precedenti ospiti. Ragnatele ovunque: un tocco gotico non richiesto.
​Il Letto: Comodo come un sasso e rumoroso come un'orchestra metallica. Bastava sfiorarlo con un dito per farlo stridere.
​Lo Staff: Impegnatissimi in tornei di scacchi alla reception. Ti parlavano con cortesia di facciata, ma se osavi interrompere la partita ti lanciavano certe occhiatacce da farti sentire un intruso.
​In sintesi: Se amate lo sporco, il rumore e sentirvi di troppo mentre la gente gioca a scacchi, è il posto per voi. Per tutti gli altri: scappate!

do una stella perché 0 non si può mettere Esperienza incredibile sono arrivato pensando di aver prenotato un ostello, invece era chiaramente un esperimento sociale sulla sopravvivenza umana.
Lo staff era cordiale… nel senso che mi guardava con la stessa empatia di un buttafuori alle 4 del mattino.
Appena arrivato alla reception ho trovato lo staff impegnato in una partita a scacchi tesissima, talmente concentrati che credo avrei potuto fare il check-in da solo senza che nessuno se ne accorgesse.

Tutto negativo. Personale soprattutto quello italiano scortese e poco propenso a risolvere i problemi. Camere fatiscenti. Pulizia pari a 0 per gli standard italiani. Servizi che sembrano quelli di un carcere. Una nota positiva la posizione ben centrale. Esperienza da dimenticare.

Absolutely terrible experience. This hostel looked NOTHING like the photos online. The pictures are completely misleading.

The entire place felt old, dark, neglected, and poorly maintained. The stairs were worn out, the lighting was terrible, there were holes in the walls, and many areas looked damaged and run-down. The bathroom had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable.

The hygiene and overall comfort were awful. I even found an inappropriate personal item in the bedding area, which was shocking and disgusting. The towels were extremely poor quality, you could barely use them once before they felt useless and no longer dried properly.

The room itself was also a mess. The window could not be properly adjusted or even closed, so it stayed open the entire time, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom doors barely closed, meaning there was almost no privacy at all.

Security was another major issue. A personal item belonging to my friend was stolen inside the hostel cafeteria, despite the hostel supposedly being secured with key-card access only. That completely destroyed any sense of safety. Even the lockers, although technically opened with a card, were extremely old, worn out, and did not inspire any confidence.

The food was also disappointing and poor quality.

To make things even worse, the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little interest in helping with problems.

Overall, one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. Misleading photos, terrible hygiene, poor maintenance, privacy issues, bad security, disappointing food, and awful customer service. I absolutely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Private room was comfortable, the shower was always hot, and the hostel facilities were genuinely great — especially the laundry setup which made travelling a lot easier. The overall space is modern and social.

However, we came back to our room after cleaning and it was clearly not left how we had it. My bag had been repacked differently and items had been moved around. It definitely gave the impression that our belongings had been gone through, which made us feel pretty uncomfortable.

Don’t leave valuables in the room. I thought the whole point of paying extra for a private room in a hostel was to have privacy and not feel like people were going through your space while you’re out.

Fuimos de vacaciones y paramos en este Hostel. Los empleados del lugar entraron para "limpiar" y nos robaron la plata que teniamos para el viaje. No contestan por ningún medio ni dan algún tipo de solución al problema. Un desastre nuestra estadía en ese lugar.

Nuestra experiencia en Urbany Hostel BCN GO! fue pésima.

Durante nuestra estadía nos robaron dinero de nuestras pertenencias dentro del hostel. Al darnos cuenta de la situación, realizamos el reclamo formal por todas las vías de comunicación disponibles y jamás recibimos una respuesta seria ni intención de resolver lo ocurrido.

Lo más preocupante fue que, después de compartir nuestra experiencia, varias personas nos escribieron contando situaciones similares ocurridas en este mismo hostel.

La seguridad de los huéspedes debería ser prioridad, y lamentablemente no sentimos ningún tipo de respaldo ni responsabilidad por parte del lugar.

No volveríamos jamás y definitivamente no lo recomendamos.
