Wir waren am Wochenende im ALMA One Alicante und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Unser Privatzimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hatte ein eigenes Bad sowie ein Doppelbett und ein Hochbett. Die Ausstattung wirkte sehr neu.

Die Lage war für uns praktisch: Das Zentrum von Alicante war gut zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand brauchten wir ungefähr 20 Minuten. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche und die Küche waren gepflegt, und das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig.

Insgesamt war es für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt eine gute und ruhige Unterkunft mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

AMAZING!! Actually the nicest hostel I have stayed in. Very clean and had a lot of accommodations. But what made it amazing was the staff! We had some issues with the booking process through Expedia and they resolved everything for us! They answered all my questions in a very timely manner, and were very kind. I would definitely stay here again! Worth every penny. The location is in more of a residential area of the city, but it was walkable to the more touristy part!

Overall good. Room (family with bathroom) was clean, towels included which was nice, socket and light at each bed worked, microwave and fridge etc in shared area worked. No bathroom smells like many other hostels.

Unfortunately the bathroom door would not close, it was like it was slightly too big for its space which wasn't ideal. Mattress and pillows thin, moreso than I've had in other hostels, no oven or hobs, and cannot keep food in cupboards only in fridge. So no shelf to leave the likes of salt/pepper etc for the next people, sad to bin food like cereals etc. Also no garden or outdoor area to hang out. And be aware no aircon which will be tough in peak summer weather.

Area was ok, maybe 15 min walk from city, but lots of graffiti and rubbish and smelled like piss, so be aware of that. Loud till late at night so bring earbuds.

Wouldn't call it like a backpacker vibe, more a halfway between hotel and hostel. Not really much socialising with others if that's what you like.

So all round good nothing terrible or bad (besides bathroom door not closing) but would have been brilliant with some extra bits.

dormimos en la habitacion familiar y era muy nueva, limpia y colchones muy comodos. La unica pega es q la puerta del baño no cerraba bien.
Entrada con codigo y ningun problema
Como sugerencia podrian poner alguna maquina de vending para comprar agua y alguna cosa.
la situacion cercana al centro, por el dia barrio trabajador por la noche un poco desangelado pero NO tuvimos ningun problema.

El peor hostal que me he alojado en mi vida. Una noche fue suficiente para cambiarme de hostal para lo que me quedaba en Alicante.

Check in , on line, cuando llegas al hostel te encuentras que no hay recepción complicadísimo , largo incómodo, incluso con la ayuda telefónica que te ofrecen.
Cerraduras con código que no funcionan y tienen que darte nuevos códigos.
Muy desagradable e incómodo.
El Hostel es perfecto pero tiene ese problema.

Me hicieron el favor de cambiarme una reserva sin derecho a cancelación que yo había hecho mal, sin coste. También me solucionaron el tema del aparcamiento para mi bici. Muchas gracias

Dormí muy bien y el lugar es tranquilo, pero la gestión fue deficiente:

El pago incluía toalla para la ducha y nunca la recibí. Al llegar, mi cama estaba ocupada y tuve que coger otra libre. Lo dejé para la mañana siguiente por el cansancio, pero tampoco supieron solucionarlo ya que me aseguraron que la toalla estaba en el cajón asignado y no era cierto.

Además, recibí varias llamadas y un mensaje por WhatsApp desde un número desconocido antes de que finalmente me contactaran desde el número oficial, lo que me resultó confuso y poco profesional.

Por la mañana dijeron que intentarían arreglarlo, pero finalmente me fui sin poder ducharme.

En resumen: se puede dormir bien, pero la organización y la atención al cliente deben mejorar.
