Found this one on Zen Hotels, good communication prior to arrival and was able to meet the staff member at the door.||I was in a rooftop apartment and it was basic but catered for my needs. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, twin beds and a sofa bed and had a fan, tv, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and double hob. ||Only issue was water heater ran out fairly quickly when you wanted a shower and the water pressure was poor so it was more of a trickle than a shower which isnt ideal.||However I could come and go as I pleased. Despite the decor which needs a refresh it was a pleasant stay except for the neighbours dog which cried at night. That was very annoying.||The entrance way could do with some attention as the roof terrace is clearly well used and weathered ad the door to the apartment needs a coat of paint to make it feel more welcoming.

Wenn der Urlaub zum Horror wird!
Wurde per WhatsApp auf ihre eigene Seite gelockt dass sie keine Provision zahlen muss, aber sie funktioniert nicht wie sie sollte darum habe ich per WhatsApp eine bestimmte Unterkunft mit ihr abgemacht und sie hat zugestimmt. Bei Ankunft hieß es dann es ist nicht verfügbar und obwohl ich erstmal sieben Tage wollte hat sie mir einfach 10 Tage aufgezwungen da sie wusste da mir nichts anderes übrig bleibt auf die Schnelle was anderes zu finden. In der Unterkunft war es schrecklich laut mit einer Psychiatrie vergleichbar und an schlafen ist nicht zu denken. Die Unterkunft wird auch stundenweise an Freunde vermietet wo man sich dann stundenlang Gestöhne anhören muss :-( während des Duschen kam sie einfach in die Wohnung und ging ungefragt in mein Zimmer sowas ist ein absolutes No-Go! Sehr unfreundlich nicht hilfsbereit stellenweise sogar beleidigend.

Simple but very comfortable appartement! For the (very) low prize you get a very good offer!! The rooms are clean, there is all the equipment in the kitchen, bathroom and living room provided that you need to stay there for a few days. The rooms are big and you have lots of space. The balcony allows a view over the city towards the sea. For us the 30 minute walk to the beach was not that bad, because the location is still very nice, supermarket, bakery and cafes just 2 minutes walk away and nice atmosphere around there! I think if you're not having too high standards and demands this place won't be a waste of money!! Thank you very much to the owner and the service!

Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario previsto all'indirizzo indicato, dove ero convinta avrei alloggiato,solo perché volevamo lasciare gli zaini ed il gestore,arrivato dopo diverso tempo, non ci è sembrato ben disposto.Ad ogni modo siamo stati sistemati in una struttura vicina e con mio dispiacere ho scoperto essere senza finestra quanto invece la camera vista in foto almeno una piccola finestrella mi sembrava l'avesse.Cmq ci siamo adattati ma cucinare non è stato impossibile perché l'igiene del posto non è il massimo.Avevo visto delle foto di un terrazzo comune ed in effetti c'è ma ho dovuto scoprirla da sola perché ovviamente il gestore ci ha lasciato le chiavi in fretta e poi non si è più visto.Dal terrazzo però ho visto albe bellissime e fatto yoga e la cosa che mi fa rabbia è che potrebbe essere davvero un gioiello perché le costruzioni sono bellissime e il quartiere fantastico ci vorrebbe solo più cura che invece la gestione non ha, peccato.

Siento tener que desaconsejar este lugar, pero aparte de ser muy peligroso (en caso de incendio no hay por donde escapar, pues algunas habitaciones ni siquiera tienen ventanas) la habitación tenía mucho polvo a pesar de no tener ventilación.
El baño y la cocina eran compartidos (lo sabíamos) pero nos llamó la atención lo sucio que lo tenían.
La ubicación que aparece en Google Maps no es la real, tienes que llamar para que te digan donde es realmente el alojamiento.
Aunque hicimos la reserva a través de booking, dudo que este lugar sea legal.
Teníamos reserva por varios días pero nos fuimos al segundo día a otro lugar.
Ni volveré, ni lo recomiendo.
