Наш альберге — это традиционный некоммерческий приют для паломников, которым управляют волонтеры-оспитальеро. Мы не являемся отелем и не предоставляем отдельные комнаты, которые вы потребовали по прибытии.

Когда мы объяснили, что у нас нет такого типа размещения, вы решили не оставаться. После этого вы ожидали, что мы оставим ваши рюкзаки на хранение. Вас вежливо проинформировали, что наши правила не позволяют хранить багаж людей, не являющихся гостями нашего альберге, но в качестве жеста доброй воли, чтобы помочь вам, мы можем организовать стандартную услугу по транспортировке багажа до вашего следующего этапа (это внешняя услуга, которая оплачивается отдельно).

Волонтеры Камино посвящают свое время альтруистично и заслуживают уважения. Желаем вам Buen Camino.

Thank you for the opportunity to clarify what actually happened, as your review completely distorts the truth. Our hostel is a traditional, non-profit pilgrim shelter run by volunteer hospitaleros. We are not a hotel, and we do not offer private rooms, which is what you demanded upon arrival.

When we explained that we do not have that type of accommodation, you decided not to stay. After that, you expected us to store your backpacks. You were politely informed that our policy does not allow us to store luggage for people who are not guests at our hostel, but that, as a courtesy to help you, we could arrange for the standard luggage transport service to move your bags to your next stage (an external service that has its own fee).

Camino volunteers dedicate their time altruistically and deserve respect. We wish you a Buen Camino.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your lovely words about our terrace, cleanliness, and facilities. We are thrilled to know that you and your friends enjoyed the comfort of our 4-bed rooms and had a great time meeting other pilgrims!

Regarding the communication with our older hosts, we appreciate your understanding. They may not speak perfect English, but we assure you they put all their heart, warmth, and decades of Camino spirit into welcoming everyone. We are constantly working to bridge these little gaps so everyone feels right at home.

We are glad we could offer you a great and affordable stay on your journey. Buen Camino to you and your friends, and you will always be welcome back in Astorga!

Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros y por visitarnos de nuevo después de tres años. Nos alegra mucho saber que encontraste nuestras instalaciones tan amplias, limpias y bien equipadas para tu estancia.

Respecto a lo que comentas de las mantas, por razones de higiene os recomendamos a todos los peregrinos traer vuestro propio saco de dormir. Por otro lado, lamentamos las dificultades con el idioma; queríamos comentarte que los hospitaleros que atienden el albergue son voluntarios procedentes de todo el mundo que ofrecen su tiempo con un gran espíritu de ayuda y la mejor disposición para acogeros.

Los albergues de acogida tradicional del Camino están gestionados por personas de todo el mundo que de manera altruista y completamente voluntaria deciden prestar su ayuda a todos los peregrinos. El espíritu del Camino reside en esa comunidad que se entiende por encima de los idiomas y de los prejuicios...poco más que decir...
