We stayed here for one night and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean, the shower had excellent water pressure and we got free drinks for checking in online which was such a 10/10. The rooms are a bit small but if you’re only staying for a night or two its perfect, especially if you’re not planning on being in the room much.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel était très propre et confortable (lit, climatisation), bien situé, le personnel aimable, parfait pour un pied à terre pour un petit séjour. Les chambres sont petites et la mienne n’avait pas de bureau, ne convient pas pour le télétravail. Le plus : eau, sodas et café à volonté dans le lobby si Check-in en ligne. J’y retournerai !

I rated this hotel 5 stars in every category. The location is fantastic, especially for the price. What impressed me even more is that this is a hotel with a strong sense of social responsibility, caring about its impact on both the local community and the environment.

The rooms aren’t large, but they exceeded my expectations. They were spotless, had a Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling, plenty of towels, and the hotel even provided a crib for my one-year-old free of charge. Honestly, when you’re on vacation, you only need a comfortable place to sleep and shower.

The hotel is also just a short walk from a beautiful park, perfect for relaxing during the day, or even Reina Sofia Museaum.
Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast can get busy due to the limited capacity, but it’s completely understandable. Besides, it’s served on the rooftop, which makes for a great experience. I also appreciated the microwave in the ground-floor common area that guests can use, along with a few complimentary treats.

There are good supermarkets and lovely cafés with outdoor terraces nearby, making the location even more convenient.

I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Madrid.

Estoy muy afortunado de haber estado tres veces en este maravilloso hotel. Ubicado en Atocha, estás en una zona céntrica de Madrid con transporte público de toda clase para moverse por esta gran ciudad, que siempre anhelo volver. Los empleados son muy amables y profesionales, tratándote como un huésped parte de la casa, con calor y amabilidad. Te saludan con sonrisas y si saben tu nombre como en mi caso, hola Wayne Eduardo por ejemplo. Un detalle que me gusta mucho. Sin nombrar a las numerosas personas que me atendieron todos son de mi primera categoría, quiero agradecerles desde el fondo de mi corazón por la buena experiencia que me dieron!! Gracias también por hablar conmigo en castellano que para mí mejora mi experiencia.

Para aquellos que buscan comodidad, ubicación y buena atención, Sleep’n Atocha es un lugar ideal. Es la segunda vez que vengo a Madrid con mi esposa y el hotel nos encantó. La atención del personal es fantástica; son muy atentos y te hacen sentir en casa.

Fantastic find near Atocha Station. Room and the beds were small as usual per European standards, but they were clean and comfortable. Highlight was the breakfast buffet at the rooftop, numerous and fresh selections, plus great view, tremendous value for €12.

The staff is super nice, the place is hip, quick, modern, and centrally located. Rooms are comfortable but tiny, even for Europe.

Bottom line: This is a great place in a great location with a few quirks, some good, some just quirky. Four stars because we’re traditional graders: B+ for those of us who went to school in the last century.

Details: We stayed here twice in one trip to Spain and had two different rooms, one nicer than the other. Both were a bit spartan by North American standards but will look familiar to experienced European travelers. The nicer one had twin sinks and a full vanity for storing all our toiletries. And not one but two balconies, though one was in the bathroom. The second room was smaller with a single sink and almost no space to put your stuff. We had to live out of our suitcases. Shrug. Oh, and only one balcony, which at least made the bathroom more private.

Beds are comfortable. Both of our double rooms had split beds, essentially two twins pushed together, a not uncommon European arrangement. So young lovers should know that you’ll have to pick a side. The pillows were the most comfortable of all the three hotels we stayed in, including the one with a “pillow menu.”

One of the good quirks, which I’d never seen before (we’re old), is Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. Loved lying in bed listening to music.

The location is fabulous, right by the train station, the Prado and Reina Sophia museums, the botanical gardens, and the enormous Parque de El Retiro, and just steps from the Atocha metro stop. The down side is that both our rooms looked out on the Paseo del Prado and were right across from a rowdy club. You could ask for a room facing the Calle del Dr. Drumen.

They serve a good breakfast spread in a rooftop atrium with nice vistas. Another quirk is that, because this space is small—a dozen places or so—you have to pick a time slot; but you can change it each day.

The staff is nice, helpful, and of course speaks English. The public spaces are in the back and small but comfortable. They offer tea and coffee in the rooftop spot after breakfast is over; leftover breakfast pastries can be found here.

Conclusion: Unless you’re addicted to foolish luxury, you should consider staying here.

A escolha da 'base' foi perfeita para fins de localização. Quarto pequeno, não há frigobar. O resto é tranquilo. Caro por conta da localização mas acredito que se paga por conta da economia de tempo, logística etc

En cuanto a la habitación, como hostal, nuestras habitaciones suelen ser más pequeñas que las de un hotel tradicional, aunque trabajamos para que cuenten con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
