Thank you so much for such an honest and balanced review, we are truly glad that the design, cleanliness, rooftop, service and location all stood out, especially after such an epic 5-country trip!

We are really sorry to hear that the noise made it impossible to rest. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly after booking a private pod with the specific intention of getting a good night's sleep. This is not the experience we want for any of our guests and we take feedback like yours very seriously.

We have house rules in place, including quiet hours, and our reception team is available 24 hours a day to step in whenever guests are not respecting them. Please always feel welcome to contact us directly in those moments, we are there to act on it and make sure everyone can rest comfortably.

We also provide earplugs in every room, though we completely understand that on a night like the one you described, that may not have been enough.

We hope that despite this, the rest of your trip was wonderful, and that you might give us another chance in the future but a quieter night this time!
