Las habitaciones compartidas mixtas están reservadas por personas de todos los géneros, y suele entenderse que son espacios de convivencia compartida. Aun así, entendemos perfectamente que este tipo de alojamiento no sea el más adecuado para todo el mundo. Por eso también ofrecemos habitaciones solo femeninas y opciones tipo cápsula con mayor privacidad, como la que elegiste al hacer el upgrade al día siguiente.

Nuestro equipo está siempre disponible 24 horas para ayudar a los huéspedes a elegir la opción que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades antes o durante la estancia, para que todos se sientan cómodos y seguros desde el primer momento.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed the building’s design, the shared spaces, the rooftop pool, and especially the friendliness of our team.

At the same time, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with noise and that it affected your sleep so significantly. Our “pod-style” concept is designed to offer more privacy than a traditional shared dorm while still maintaining an affordable and social accommodation style. However, we understand that sound insulation can sometimes be a challenge in this type of setup, and your feedback highlights areas where we clearly need to improve.

The issues you mention - slamming doors, noisy bathroom access, and the heavy entrance door - are not acceptable, and we are already reviewing solutions such as soft-closing mechanisms and clearer guest guidelines to reduce noise, especially at night. We are also very concerned about the clogged shower you experienced; this does not reflect our standards, and we have addressed it immediately with our maintenance team.

Your comments are extremely valuable to us, as they help us identify both structural and operational improvements. While we regret that your stay did not meet expectations, we genuinely appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to learn from it.

We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, once these improvements are in place.
