An enjoyable stay on the Frances camino. What I liked most about this stay was the three young ladies that hosted us and their hospitality. They were very enthusiastic and inspired by the religious part of the pilgrimage.

The property is okay, both the dormitory room and shared bathroom are average for an albergue.

The dinner was very nice. It was donation based if I remember correctly, but there was ample food cooked to fill us up. They also provide breakfast bags which you can request the day prior, but I did not so I cannot comment.

원래 한구간인 곳을 나눠서 걷기 위해 왓츠앱으로 예약한 알베르게인데 아주 작지만 정감있는 곳이었습니다. 자원봉사자들로 운영되고 있으며, 숙박비, 저녁식사,아침식사 포함해서 우리 부부는 60유로를 지불했는데 저녁식사비는 기부라서 원하는대로 내면 되고 아니면 밖에서 먹어도 됩니다. 우린 둘이서 저녁식사비로 30유로를 낸다고 해서 총 60유로를 결제했어요. 저녁식사를 자원봉사자들과 순례자들이 함께 준비하고 함께 먹었는데 아주 특별한 경험이었고 운영하시는 분들이 아주 친절해서 행복한 경험이었습니다. 건물은 오래되어 보였지만 내부가 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 아내와 함께 행복하고 즐거운 기억으로 남아 있습니다.

Llegué de manera inesperada el 1 de abril, porque no pensaba hacer noche en ese pueblo. Sino continuar caminando hasta Los Arcos. Pero la parada fue providencial.
Desde el primer momento, me acogieron con una gran sonrisa, cariño y todas las atenciones que necesité. Me alojé en la habitación de arriba en la que había 4 camas y una terraza preciosa donde descansé durante una hora hasta que se puso el sol.
Además de compartir con ellos fascinantes historias de vida, ofrecen la posibilidad de compartir un rato de oración tras la cena. Con mucha libertad por supuesto. Yo me quedé y fue un rato fantástico.
Un albergue acogedor con una atención exquisita, y con los servicios correctos y apropiados. Sin duda, una gran apuesta si pasáis por Villamayor de Monjardín. ¡Gracias amigos!

If your cup needs to be filled, stay here. I stayed at Oasis at a time when I needed to slow down my Camino, rushing and pushing ahead had caused physical pain. I was seeking community and this albergue provided and then some. This is a very special place. Keep your heart open, and the purest love there is may find a way in. 🙏🏼✝️

Muy buen albergue en Villamayor de Monjardin. Edificio antiguo con mucho encanto. Habitaciones correctas. Ofrecen cena para compartir con el resto de peregrinos. También tras la cena, 30 minutos de meditación en silencio. Para peregrinos que buscan paz y buenas vibraciones, este albergue es ideal. Hay que hablar algo de inglés, pues la mayoría de los peregrinos son extranjeros y la comunicación es en inglés

A peaceful and welcoming stop on the Camino. Albergue de Peregrinos Oasis offered us warm hospitality and a nice dinner, all prepared with great care and attention. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s run by a Catholic congregation, and their approach is centered on Jesus and his message, which might add a meaningful spiritual touch for some. The beds are single bunks, and it was a bit chilly at night as there was no heating. Still, overall, it was a good experience. Thank you for everything!

Imaginen un piso de 50m2 para 14 personas y dos baños, el lugar una nevera, una manta para dormir que le hubiera quedado bien a Frodo Bolsón, habitacion de 3x3 con tres literas y 6 personas dentro, vuelvan a imaginar. Como dice otr@ caminante de Santiago, un lugar de guiris para guiris. Pulgar abajo.
