A wonderful little hostel owned by lovely people! Felt very safe during my stay. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The breakfast was really good and they even offered me vegan options which I really appreciate! Bus transfer on el Hierro can be challenging but Thomas can pick you up for some money. 100% recommendation!

O lo que puede ser mejor, la magia que pueda surgir entre los viajeros que ocupan las habitaciones de Nicolás, uno de los mejores viajes de mi vida, y todo lo que me ofreció el hostal de Nicolás, hizo que todo fuera a mejor ❤️‍🩹✨ altamente recomendable. Además puedes ir en guagua - taxi desde Valverde por sólo 1,35€ llamando bajo demanda a Transhierro (estación de guaguas de Valverde). Gracias Nicolás, volveré y lo recomendaré!

Where to start? The natural setting? The professionalism, order and cleanliness? Attention and hospitality? Or what can be better, the magic that can arise between travelers who occupy the rooms of Nicolás, one of the best trips of my life, and everything that Nicolás' hostel offered me, made everything better ❤️‍🩹✨ highly recommended. Also you can go by bus - cab from Valverde for only 1,35€ calling Transhierro (bus station of Valverde). Thank you Nicolás, I will come back and recommend it!

Veníamos a ver el pozo de las Calcosas y paramos a la vuelta, después de subir desde el pozo. Pudimos tomar cerveza y refrescos fríos tras la pedazo subida. Fue genial. Son muy amables y hablan inglés, francés y español. Tienen una terraza en la parte de atrás y un garaje en la parte de adelante.

Clean, tidy and characterful hostel with amazing owners. I stayed a week here and loved it! It is in a great, peaceful location next to a natural swimming pool. And there is a bus stop right outside, which was very handy for me as I didn't have a car. The beds were comfortable and I slept super well. Everyone there was nice and friendly. Nicolas, the owner, is an amazing person, who knows all about the hiking routes, the swimming places, everything on the island. He speaks French, English and Spanish and is very attentive to his guests' needs. His wife also paints and they have a little makeshift coffee shop where she exhibits her art and you can also sit and watch the sunset in the evening and then listen to the pardela birds. You are in great hands at this hostel! Highly recommend!

Ostello famigliare. Prezzo qualità sicuramente raccomandabile. Monique e Nicholas molto gentili e attenti agli ospiti. Mi sono trovato benissimo.
Se arrivate in bicicletta dispongono di un luogo sicuro dove custodirla. Consiglio sicuramente se siete in zona.
PS: ottima la colazione sul oceano

Tiene 3 habitaciones. Sólo una de ellas (la que tiene 3 literas) con ventana. Un solo baño para 8/10 personas. 'Cocina' sin salida de humos. Los dueños no hablan español aunque hacen por entenderse. Es barato, si. Wifi incluido y de buena velocidad. Ofrecen lavandería por 5€ y desayuno (café y té, leche, pan Bimbo, queso, jamón, mantequilla y mermelada) por 5€.

Els anfitrions són molt bona gent, els espais estan molt nets i hi tenen de tot el que puguis necessitar. Jo m'he sentit com a casa i he conegut gent fantàstica, l'única pega potser és que el transport a l'illa es una mica minso, però per lo demés, es genial. Si torno a l'illa tornaré a quedar-me allà seguríssim

Their hospitality was precious from the beginning to the end.
I felt home in this place so I extended my stay in 7 Calcosas two times.
Perfect place to live while enjoying El Hierro!!!
