Disgusting. Smelled horrible and humid, ants everywhere, broken light switch wires out. Water spilled everywhere because the shower was broken. Comes with no blankets, there is no pool, it’s the other hotels and there is a fine if you enter. Terrible place to stay, find better places truly disgusting and disappointing

방 벽을 보다가 뭐가 움직이는데 조그만한 벌레들이 방을 먹었더라구요 방 전체에 저 벌레들이 있습니다 저 벌레들이 방 전체에 있다는 생각에 더이상 방에 머무를 수 없었습니다 집 주인에게 얘기했는데 저희가 나간사이 뭔가를 뿌려놓고(냄새가 엄청 독했어요) 아무 이상 없다고 하는데 벌레는 여전히 있고 독한 냄새에 머리가 어지러워 더 이상 있을 수 없어 다른 숙소를 급하게 예약해 옮겼습니다 .. 그리고 주인의 대처는 거짓말에 숙박기간동안 페인트 칠을 한다는데 어이가 없었습니다 진짜 여행 첫날을 이렇게 망치다니 너무 속상하고 이 글을 읽는 분들이라면 정말 .. 현명한 판단하시길 바랍니다

We checked into this property to find a severe bug infestation with insects visibly crawling on the walls, and black mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling — all documented with timestamped photos and videos taken upon arrival.

We reported the issues and stepped outside while waiting for a response. In our absence, staff entered our room without any notice, warning, or permission. When we returned, the room smelled abhorrent with a throat-burning chemical odour indicating insecticide had been sprayed — a toxic substance used in our absence without any warning before or after. There were still bugs in despite of their secret attempt of exterminating them. They had also attempted to wipe the mold (although unsuccessfully)rather than properly address it.

When we requested to be moved, management refused, claiming the property was fully booked. They then informed us that staff would return the NEXT DAY to carry out painting work — yet expected us to sleep there for a second night under these conditions, with painting scheduled in an already mold and chemical-infested room.

Management explicitly refused to issue a refund, claiming the room was in “perfect condition and completely clean.” Yet in the same email they confirmed the painting work for the following day — a direct contradiction fully documented in writing. Also if a guest is staying how come painting was scheduled?

Most remarkably, they sent a video as “proof” the room was fine — yet the footage clearly showed their own staff standing in the bathroom with a ladder positioned beneath the mold they had just denied existed.

Airbnb reviewed our evidence and issued a full refund, confirming the property was uninhabitable.

This is a serious health and safety violation. Future guests deserve to know.

No fridge, no blanket only bedsheet, smells appalling. The worst ever accommodation and customer service of my life.

Positiv: Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr sauber, was wirklich super war. Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die gerade im Sommer ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist. Auch die Lage ist top – man ist schnell am Strand. Und natürlich: Der Preis ist sehr günstig, man darf also keinen Luxus erwarten.

Negativ: Der Service war enttäuschend. Uns wurde zugesagt, spätestens am vierten Tag frische Handtücher zu bekommen, tatsächlich kamen sie aber erst am fünften Tag nach mehreren Anrufen. Nach dem vierten Tag waren die Handtücher aber nicht mehr wirklich benutzbar. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Eingangstür, was extrem hellhörig war – jedes Zuschlagen der Tür hat man nachts deutlich gehört. Zudem ist es verwirrend, dass auf Google Maps ein Pool so präsent gezeigt wird: Dieser gehört aber nicht zum Hostel, sondern zur Nachbarunterkunft und darf nicht genutzt werden.

Fazit: Sauber, klimatisiert und strandnah, aber laut und mit schwachem Service. Für den Preis okay.

Experiencia horrible..A nosotras nos ha pasado lo mismo con el agua caliente que no hay y al ponernos varias horas en contacto nos están diciendo que vienen a arreglarlo y nos engañan y esperamos y no vienen y volvemos a llamar y nos engañan también ..la habitación es pésima con manchas y olor a humedad ..no hay luz pues no se puede abrir la ventana .la cisterna hace ruido y no para..el aire acondicionado no funciona ...no hay tele ni piscina ni nevera ni nada de nada ..dos colchones sin más. ...En años que llevo alojada en sitios nunca he visto algo peor que esto .Ponen foto de la piscina y es de un bar que hay justo debajo pero no te dejan entrar solo por ser alojada..y encima te atacan a decirlo de malas formas sin saberlo y nadie te avisa. osea..discriminación total y muy mala estancia .Casi mejor alojada en la playa o en una cárcel de Thailandia.Nos dejan las sabanas y toallas nos hacemos la cama pero no nos recogen la ropa sucia..ni toallas ni sábanas y convivimos con ella en una habitación donde no se puede abrir la ventana y no hay aire acondicionado.Las basura no sabemos que hacer con ella .Han desaparecido los contenedores que había en el portal para echarla como hicimos los dos primeros días. Osea la paseamos por las calles buscando donde depositarla ...La alarma de incendios no funciona y para colmo hay una puerta cerrada que accede a la del portal por lo que he tenido que pasar por un matorral..he tropezado y me duele el pie mucho.Esto son vacaciones ?

Mi experiencia ha sido totalmente negativa, hemos estado tres noches, el viernes que llegamos llamamos a un número de ayuda (dado que en el hostal no hay nadie que vaya a ayudarte) porque no había agua caliente, y no conseguimos contactar, a las 8 de la mañana del sábado volvimos a llamar sin respuesta alguna y nos devolvieron la llamada a la una de la tarde porque dejamos un mensaje en el buzón de voz y nos dijeron que irían a arreglarlo esa misma mañana, al volver por la noche al hostal no había agua caliente, volvimos a llamar al teléfono que ponía y nos dijeron que sí que habían venido a arreglarlo a lo que yo puedo asegurar que no estaba arreglado y que ni si quiera aparecieron, su respuesta era que el domingo a primera hora de la mañana vendrían a arreglarlo, el domingo dieron la 13h y ahí no había aparecido nadie, volvimos a llamar y de nuevo nos dijeron que a las 16h vendrían que lo marcaban como prioridad, las 20 de la noche y ahí no aparecía nadie, volvemos a llamar de nuevo ya que el lunes nos íbamos ya y me parece vergonzoso ir tres noches y no poder ni darme una ducha caliente, aparecieron a las 21h del domingo, y lo arreglaron, ahora agua caliente hay lo que no tiene es presión la ducha, 0 interés en ayudar, mintiendo respecto que habían venido a arreglarlo, dándote largas y porque durante tres días estuvimos llamando constantemente sino por allí no hubiese aparecido nadie, el ventilador de la habitación no tiene potencia por lo cual tenerlo puesto y no tenerlo es lo mismo, mucho ruido, lo único bueno que le he visto es que está muy bien ubicada, el precio que pagas está bien si puedes darte una ducha en condiciones y puedes dormir con un mínimo de aire, por lo cual me parece que lo que he pagado no corresponde para nada con los servicios que vendéis , por un poquito de dinero más os vais a otro sitio que por lo menos seguro tendrán más intención de ayudaros que aquí

The only good thing with this hostel is the price and location 250 meters to the nearest beach. But be aware of this hostel, the rooms are dated and there is no ventilation. So you need to keep the windows open to get fresh air in. This causes it to be noisy from partying neighbors and cars.

Also the ceiling fan is hardly working and we had to buy our own fan to not overheat in this hotel in end of August.

Malísimo!! Hay cucarachas en el cuarto, se corta la luz y queda súper lejos de todo.
