Yes, this is a hostel, but the following conditions definitely do not meet basic human living standards:

* There are 3 rooms on one floor, with 14 people in each room, making a total of 42 people. The bathrooms and sinks available to these 42 people are located two floors below, with only 2 toilets and 2 shower cabins.
* The shower cabins do not even have a proper showerhead or tap system. There is a wall-mounted, perforated showerhead, and when you press the button, water runs for only 10 seconds. You have to keep pressing the button repeatedly throughout your shower. I will not even go into the water temperature.
* Behind the wooden part of the bed I was assigned, there was some kind of ventilation system, and I had to sleep with its noise throughout the entire night.

I had a 4-day reservation, but after experiencing these conditions on the very first night, I immediately booked a hotel instead.

As for the staff, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. They were helpful and, from what I observed, willing to solve problems.

Endroit chouette et stylé.
Personnel au top.
Chambres propres (même si la clim a 25 aurait pu être qq degrés en dessous...)
Chouette terrasse et rooftop.
Peu de douches/ au nombre de lits mais perso j'ai jamais eu de problèmes a en trouver une libre de suite.
Idée sympa de frigo/cuisine communautaire.
Possibilité d'acheter un cadenas pour env 5€ pour garder ses affaires en sécurité, mais si vous en avez un, pensez a le prendre.

Richtig schön gestaltetes Hostel, vor allem der große Kühlschrank für alle und die Möglichkeit, sich selbst Essen zuzubereiten ist super, die Dachterasse ist ein Highlight. Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat waren die WCs und Duschen, die könnten etwas moderner und sauberer sein. Ansonsten aber wirklich zu empfehlen :)

Sehr gut , coole Hütte , Bett mit Vorhang, einige große Schublade (wie Schrank ) ,man kann abschließen (empfehlen einige Schloss mitzunehmen),Zimmer ist Klimaanlage sehr angenehm.Personal nett .

Un lugar increible con buena energia donde conoces personas de otros lugares del mundo, muy limpio organizado y la atencion de los receptionistas es espectacular en especial el receptionista de Colombia que es muy amigable gentil y atento te hace sentir en familia.

Me quedé 3 noches en este hostel en la habitación de 15 cuchetas y la verdad no tengo opiniones negativas. La gente es amable, el lugar es bastante limpio, está siempre fresquito por los aires acondicionados, hasta bajar por las escaleras resulta llamativo y agradable. La ubicación es buena porque a pesar de no estar en el centro de Palma tenés la playa cerca, a un precio bastante accesible. Si tuviera la hermosa oportunidad de volver a Mallorca tendría muy en cuenta este lugar. Estoy muy agradecida, viajé sola pero me sentí acompañada 🫶🏼

Muy buen hostel, bien comunicado con buses, las instalaciones son limpias y el servicio excelente. Cerca hay bares, tiendas y restaurantes asequibles. Lo malo es la playa, está llena de cristales rotos, además roban. Recomiendo alquilar un coche y salir de esta zona. Además deberían prohibir los cristales por esta zona, está todo lleno de botellas rotas, una mujer ha sacado un culo de botella, un cuello de botella de champán muy puntiagudos y los ha tirado. Luego yo recogí esto que estaba alrededor de mi toalla, la verdad que es horrible venir a relajarse y verlo todo sucio y no poderte bañar por miedo a cortarte un pie.

Viva l'españa, I love the ambiance, the street view of s'Arena. The people at the secretary are super chill and very helpful. First hostels where I have an amazing view from the rooftop, I was there for Spain WC26 and it was absolutely mind revolving how the different characters of this place hold so much heart, respect and honor the walls which they have painted on.

Nothing to say, just great experience!
