The other guests at the all-male dorm were quite farty, but other than that, I had a pleasant stay. They allowed me leave my bag after check out and even let me take a shower. So I was able to enjoy the day in Palma after checkout.

My stay at New Art Hostel PALMA was generally satisfactory. The hostel offers a simple and budget-friendly place to stay, with a convenient location for exploring the area. The common spaces have a creative atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed.
The rooms and shared facilities were functional, though they could vary in terms of comfort and cleanliness depending on the time of day and the number of guests. Overall, it provides good value for travelers looking for an affordable accommodation without expecting luxury.
I would consider staying here again if I were looking for a basic, reasonably priced hostel in Palma.

Emplacement vraiment pas top, quartier où l'on se sent en insécurité, accueil pas top, et prix vraiment abusif pour une chambre vraiment pas agréable (bruit tout le temps, fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse qui ne ferme pas, matelas mauvais, etc...).

Bref on pensait qu'en payant 150€ pour 2 on pourrait au moins dormir convenablement mais ce n'a pas été le cas.

The beds were extremely comfortable.
Although the shower was nice and powerful the shower head holder was broken.
Our family room was clean but there were ants at the floor of the window.
Our room consisted of 3 twin size beds and nicely sized bunk beds.

We arrived at around 2am due to a delayed flight but check in was a breeze. Staff at the front desk very helpful.
They allowed us to leave our bags at reception while we explored Palma.

C'est convenable mais la porte ne se fermait pas correctement, après la douche la salle de bain est une piscine, des déchets n'avaient pas été enlevés et malheureusement pour l'hôtel, il y a des travaux bruyants à côté. Le personnel est très sympathique

Zimmer und der Standort ist ganz okay.
Service ist richtig schlecht, man muss spanisch können, damit man mit denen Reden kann und wenn man auf Englisch versucht zu reden legen die auf.

TRUST ME. Excellent, no fuss hostel (30min walk from city centre). We stayed in a 3 single bed room and it was super pleasant. Staffs are super friendly as well, able to store luggage before check in & after check out, big common area too. FULLY AIRCONDITIONED in the summer.

w łazience nie było światła, a w pokoju grasowały robaki, obsługa nic z tym nie zrobiła a właściciel uchyla się od odpowiedzialności. Mimo zdjęć i filmików usługa nie zrobiła nic. Mogliśmy spać na ulicy albo z robalami, z łazienki nie dało się po ludzku skorzystać. Zero szacunku
