Soggiorno deludente sotto diversi aspetti
Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo ostello non è stata positiva e non posso raccomandarlo.
I letti non sono mai stati puliti durante la permanenza e ho riscontrato problemi gravissimi con la gestione delle cose personali: due paia di pantaloni sono stati macchiati in modo permanente con la candeggina e una camicia Burberry è del tutto sparita dalla stanza. Ciò che rende la situazione inaccettabile è stato l'atteggiamento del personale del turno diurno, che si è del tutto rifiutato di darmi supporto o aiuto per l'accaduto, mostrando scortesia e totale indisponibilità.
Unica nota positiva la ragazza del turno di notte: estremamente simpatica, gentile e professionale. Purtroppo la sua grande cortesia non basta a compensare le gravi mancanze della struttura.

Спати не можливо, по-перше дуже жарко вночі, наніч виключають кондиціонери, кімната маленька і я взагалі думала що ми просто всі задихнемось серед ночі і не прокинемось! По-друге голосно, так як кухня внизу прямо над кімнатами тому все чутно, я пішла особисто до адміністратора сказати що не дають спати, нащо хлопець сказав що ще трохи до 12 і я піду іх попепеджу, хоч я нагадала що у ваших правилах не шуміти після 10 год. Тоді я сама пішла до людей і він підвівся теж, ну дивно, тобто ніхто не слідкує за порядком! По-третє район стрьомний де знаходиться хостел, ввечері не погуляєш! По-четверте немає поличок шоб ставити речі, тобто вони є але внизу і там накладено чиїсь речі незрозуміло де чия тумбочка, фото додам! В туалет двері не зачиняються, тобто замкнутися не можливо там замість замка торчить туалетний папір, фото додається. Також немає де сушити речі, так є стіральна і сушильна машина але це не зручно після пляжу сушити купальник один в ній і тому багато хто розвішує прямо на вікнах які грязні і це жах, плюс я цілу ніч чесалася думаю від жари завелись клопи але всім байдуже головне з туристів здерти гроші і туристичний збір)) біжіть звідти неоглядаючись!

Prima esperienza in un ostello, assolutamente positiva! Il New Art Hostel a Palma di Maiorca è in una posizione ottimale, a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia e a una ventina di minuti dal centro storico.
Reception aperta h24, tutti disponibili, ci hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno. Eravamo 4 amici e abbiamo prenotato una camera privata con bagno. Abbastanza grande per tutti e 4, comoda, doccia nuovissima. Condizionatore in camera.
Erano disponibili anche le aree comuni, la cucina, due frigoriferi e la lavanderia per lavare e asciugare, che però non abbiamo utilizzato.

Davvero ottima esperienza.

La stanza era molto pulita, eravamo 4 amici e nella nostra stanza c'era un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello, oltre al bagno.
Ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita e cambiavano gli asciugamani.
L'hostal ha uno spazio comune dove potersi rilassare con amici o altri ospiti, oltre a esserci sei frigoriferi microonde etc.
Ottima esperienza!

Wir haben ein Apartment für eine Nacht gebucht. Zuerst haben wir es nicht mal gefunden, weil die Tür nicht beschriftet und offen war. Dann haben wir gesehen, dass man unsere Zimmertür nicht einmal zumachen + zusperren kann. Die Frau an der Rezeption war eh freundlich und hat mit einem Schlüssel einen Schrauben gelockert, sodass man die Tür zumachen konnte. Sicher haben wir uns trotzdem nicht gefühlt. Kakerlaken haben wir auch gesehen. Für diese Erfahrung war das Apartment eindeutig zu teuer.

The other guests at the all-male dorm were quite farty, but other than that, I had a pleasant stay. They allowed me leave my bag after check out and even let me take a shower. So I was able to enjoy the day in Palma after checkout.

My stay at New Art Hostel PALMA was generally satisfactory. The hostel offers a simple and budget-friendly place to stay, with a convenient location for exploring the area. The common spaces have a creative atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed.
The rooms and shared facilities were functional, though they could vary in terms of comfort and cleanliness depending on the time of day and the number of guests. Overall, it provides good value for travelers looking for an affordable accommodation without expecting luxury.
I would consider staying here again if I were looking for a basic, reasonably priced hostel in Palma.

Emplacement vraiment pas top, quartier où l'on se sent en insécurité, accueil pas top, et prix vraiment abusif pour une chambre vraiment pas agréable (bruit tout le temps, fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse qui ne ferme pas, matelas mauvais, etc...).

Bref on pensait qu'en payant 150€ pour 2 on pourrait au moins dormir convenablement mais ce n'a pas été le cas.
