Ambiance anxiogène dès l’arrivée et accueil surprenant. La chambre est un cendrier géant, le coin fumeur donnait sur la fenêtre et toute la pièce était imprégnée de l’odeur de tabac. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit : les gens hurlaient sur la terrasse et nous avons entendu les ébats sauvages de nos voisins du haut. Bref, une ambiance malsaine du début jusqu’à la fin.
Une honte, même si les logements à Palma sont très chers, il est intolérable de cautionner ce type de logement.

I've been amazing here! One night, great location, close to the beach and 15 minutes by walk to the centre. Bus stops around. Very cool! I slept very good!

Stosunek jakości do ceny jest doskonały. W hostelu jest całodobowa recepcją z miłą obsługą. Jeżeli trafimy na osobę nie znającą języka angielskiego to zawsze poradzimy sobie za pomocą translatora, to nie problem. My otrzymaliśmy zamiast pokoju widocznego na zdjęciach booking- apartament 1a, który mieścił się 2min pieszo od siedziby hostelu. Okazało się, że dostaliśmy aneks kuchenny, lodówkę oraz pralkę. Pokój nie jest ekskluzywny ale za to czysty i posiada wszystko czego potrzeba. Łóżka czyste i wygodne. Lokalizacja jest idealna, 20min spacerkiem do centrum, kilkanaście minut spacerem na plażę jak i na przystanek z którego dojedziemy bezpośrednio na lotnisko. Z minusów- na wyposażeniu przydałaby się suszarka do włosów.

Zimmer sind für ein Hostel ganz OK.
Die Matratzen in unserem Zimmer leider alle durch.
Gemeinschaftsküche ist sauber und es gibt genügend Besteck und 2 große Kühlschränke.
Der Service ist prima.
Bedingt durch die Lage ist es nachts etwas lauter.

We booked a room just for us and it was very convenient. The location is good, not far from the PMI airport. Easy walking to the center. Cafeterias and bakeries around. The room was clean with convenient beds and a nice bathroom. There's 24h reception with helpful staff. We like to return this this convenient place.

It was okay for the cheapest hotel we could find in Palma (70 euros per night in February) but we did not get the room we requested (twin beds instead of a double bed) and the sheets did not look freshly cleaned (hair on one of the bed covers). The hot water in the shower was very enjoyable though.

I’ve had the best time of my life in this hostel, met friends and yet they still my friends till this day. Still thinking about the moments we all spend together in the small yard, all boys and girls gathered and had so much fun. The reception was amazing and the people were very nice and trusting. And these are some moments i’ve captured with the new friends

We were a bit worried because of some negative reviews, but our stay was actually great. I arrived very tired, and even though we came before the check-in time, the staff were incredibly kind and prepared a room for us right away.
The room was very clean, and when I had a small issue, they changed it immediately. The staff were truly friendly and patient — they explained everything through Google Translate with a smile.
The location is also very convenient; we walked everywhere without needing public transport. They arranged a regular taxi for my early morning flight without any extra charges.
Overall, very clean rooms, a great location, and wonderful staff. I definitely recommend it.🙌🏻🌸

We were a bit worried before arriving because of some negative reviews, and we wondered if we might face any problems. But our stay turned out to be excellent. We stayed in a double room, and despite the official check-in time being 14:00, we arrived before noon just to leave our bags. My wife was very tired, so we explained the situation to the staff. They were incredibly understanding and immediately prepared a room for us without any hesitation.
When we later had a small issue with the room, they solved it right away and moved us to another room. The rooms were very clean, much cleaner than we expected.
What really made our stay special was the staff.
They were genuinely kind, patient, and warm. Since we don’t speak Spanish, they explained everything to us carefully using Google Translate, always with a smile and zero frustration. Their attitude made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is also great — walking distance to the beach and many of Palma’s must-see spots. We explored the city without needing public transport.
Finally, we had a flight at 5:00 AM, and the staff kindly arranged a taxi for us. Unlike many hotels, they didn’t call some “special partner” taxi with extra charges; a regular taxi came and we paid the normal fare.
Overall, we were really satisfied with our stay.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very convenient location.
We definitely recommend it.
