Ein sehr gemütliches kleines Hostel mit familiärer Atmosphäre . Alles war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht: Handtuch, Küche, Waschmaschine, Shampoo, Duschbad, Föhn , Sofas und eine schöne Dachterrasse. Man konnte auch Fahrräder und sonstiges Equipment ausleihen. Bryan ist ein toller kommunikativer Gastgeber der mögliche Probleme schnell und unkompliziert löst und auf das Wohl seiner Gäste achtet. Das alles zu einem günstigen Preis.
Ich kann das Hostel sehr empfehlen!

I stayed 2 months at Hello House in 2021. I was moving to Las Palmas, and it was the perfect place to start. Brian is a very nice host and is very helpful and welcoming. He knows a lot about the island, the city of Las Palmas, and especially his neighborhood. The hostel is well located (bus in front of the door or less than a 10-minute walk to the central bus station San Telmo) and has a roof terrace with a beautiful view. So, if you need a place in Las Palmas to stay short or long term, I can highly recommend Hello House.

:) Nice hostel for a nice price. Access by bus is limited but getting there quickly is not a problem if you don't mind walking up a hill by the stairs or taxi. Views are amazing from the terrace.

I have enjoyed my stay with hello hostel a few times and will return in the future. Although it is located on top of 80ish steps of stairs 15 minutes walk from San Telmo, there are local buses that I use often to get to where I need to be. It is not the first line of the beach but it is in an authentic neighborhood. The house is very clean and Brian tries his best to make it as nice as it could be. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I appreciated it very much. Although there will be snores, different kind of smells in a dorm room but it is expected in any hostel. There are also single rooms which were nice that you can book. Occasionally, you will encounter a weirdo who could be very annoying but you can tell Brian about it and he will help you. It is also very normal that you could meet any kind of people in a hostel but Brian tries his best to filter people who he doesn´t trust into this environment. The general vibe of the hostel is very nice and friendly. I have had made some amazing friends here. Thanks Brian and Vanessa!

Amazing hostel at a brilliant price! We stayed for a month and Hello House made our work-away trip a real pleasure. Bryan goes out of his way to help and the hostel is really clean. We met lots of like-minded people and loved socializing on the terrace. We will definitely be going back and would recommend :)

We had a lovely stay here. Bryan, the Canadian host, is very welcoming, he really cares for his guests with an effort that far exceeds normal standards. The hostel is very clean, well equipped with bicicles and laundry machine free to use, it has a lovely rooftop terrace with seaview. The location is good with access to public transport, 12 minutes walk down to the central bus station. We can highly recommend the Hello House Hostel and we would definitely book it again.

I was warmly welcomed right from the beginning and my stay was absolutely amazing. Bryan is a great host who takes very good care of his guests. He knows a lot about the island and his tips were of great value for me. The whole hostel is sparkling clean from the ground floor to the rooftop terrace. There are bicycles, snorkeling gear etc. that are free to use and the kitchen is very well equipped. With all these extra features staying at the hostel really is a bargain. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an accomodation in the north of Gran Canaria!
If I ever get the chance to travel to this island again, I will definitely book my stay at the Hello house hostel.

I visited this place in July 2020. I was greeted warmly. Made very welcome. The rooms were bright very well maintained and clean. I was asked on numerous occasions if there was anything else I needed fro my comfort. I was given all kinds of information as to where the best beaches and places to visit were. I would recommend a visit to this house.

The hosts were very accommodating in ideas of what to see and in organization of rooms to fit any size group of travellers. Brian and Vanessa are really wonderful hosts. Sunset beers on the roof are a must!

Super auberge à petit prix où vous trouverez des compagnons de route, tout plein de gens fun avec qui partager vos soirées, une ambiance familiale chez Brian qui rapidement devient bien plus qu'un hôte ! Des rencontres qui ne s'oublient pas sur cette île où le temps s'arrête. On se sent à la maison. La grande terrasse donne une vue imprenable sur la mer. Pour les grimpeurs, il faut certes monter quelques marches, et pour les autres un bus fait le travail à votre place. Le quartier est authentique et vous saurez aller rencontrer les gens du coin. Le centre-ville / gare routière est à 15 minutes à pied. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois et recommande +++

Mi pareja y yo consideramos este Hostel nuestra casa de Gran Canaria, porque así es como te hacen sentir. Tiene todas las comodidades, es bonito, amplio, conoces a un montón de gente guay de todas partes del mundo, es súper seguro (sobre todo ahora con la pandemia, es increíble lo bien que se ha adaptado a la nueva normalidad) y, lo mejor de todo, el trato, porque te sientes hasta parte de la familia.
Yo se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo la verdad, porque hasta el precio es increíble 😍😍😍😍😍😍
