What a lovely albergue! The hospitalera greets you with warm welcome and cold lemonade when you arrive — truly the best part of the experience to be greeted so kindly. The albergue itself is also lovely, cool, and clean. Good ac and free wifi. Highly recommended. I stayed here with my two teenage children who wound up getting a private room to themselves even though we paid the albergue rate.

Fantastisch!!!
Eén van onze beste ervaringen op de Camino. Een hartverwarmende plek! Je krijgt meteen een gevoel dat je ergens komt waar veel liefde en aandacht aan pelgrims wordt gegeven. Als je merkt dat er zelfs een foam-roller aanwezig is, dan weet je dat het 'm in de details zit!
Nog eens dikke merci voor het prachtige diner, dat met veel liefde werd klaargemaakt. Hetzelfde geldt voor het ontbijt, dat voor elke pelgrim zorgvuldig in de ijskast klaar stond.
Het was de omweg van 700 meter uit het centrum zeker waard 😉

Amazing!! I stayed here a few nights ago with my son, and the whole experience absolutely blew us away. Sara is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and just a genuinely wonderful person. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely at home.

The house is spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly comfortable. We had a private room with our own bathroom, and it was immaculate extra pillows, extra blankets, everything we could possibly need. There’s a cozy living room, a big dining table, and a peaceful backyard where pilgrims relax, read, stretch, or just enjoy the quiet. It really feels like an oasis in Zubiri.

Laundry was simple and convenient she has a washer, a dryer, and a great outdoor area for hang‑drying clothes.

And the food… unbelievable. Sara cooked one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Even my 13‑year‑old son said the same. Sharing dinner with other pilgrims made the evening even more special.

I’m taking a rest day today in Pamplona, but honestly, I wish we had stayed one more night. If you cross the bridge into Zubiri, turn right on the main street, and walk about half a mile, you’ll find this place — and it is absolutely worth it. I’d give it 10 out of 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Sara, for an unforgettable stay we will definitely be back.

Sara nos ha recibido de maravilla desde el primer momento, con una atención cercana y muy amable. El albergue está muy bien situado, es bonito, acogedor y está impecablemente limpio. Sara es un encanto, siempre pendiente de todo y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Además, nos va a prepar una cena que promete ser espectacular. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para descansar y disfrutar del Camino. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sarah ist ein riesiger Schatz! Von der Begrüssung bis zu den liebevoll gestalteten Frühstücks-Säckchen hat sie alles durchdacht!
In der Dusche hat es gutes Shampoo und Conditioner. Das Abendessen war soooo lecker, weil selbstgemacht. Das wiegt die paar Schritte mehr laufen völlig auf!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierherkommen und können es nur empfehlen! Danke für alles Sarah!

Sarah is absolutely wonderful. Her alburgue is filled with her genuine hospitality. Pristine cotton sheets, meticulously clean bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. She serves wonderful gourmet food (truly) and just adds a nice touch to all she does. Make sure to book a room here while you can. (It’s about a 10- 15min walk after you cross the bridge into town. Worth the walk).

An absolute must stay on the Camino, however be warned if will spoil you as nothing else will compare.

The host/owner is exceptional and will make you feel like family. The food was ridiculous, better than Michelin starred restaurants I've eaten at.

You must book in advance as it's understandably extremely popular. Can't wait to go back already 😍

單純以庇護所的話是我住過最乾淨舒服的一間,不管是房間、浴室、客廳、花園等地方都可以看到Sara非常用心在經營,Sara本人也十分的熱情好客。不得不提的是令人驚艷的朝聖者晚餐,每道都令人印象深刻。
位置不是位於朝聖之路附近,但周遭十分安靜且庇護所過馬路就有小店可以補給糧食及日常用品也算方便
