Encantado con este albergue, personal súper amable y atento. Albergue muy cómodo, todo en una misma planta con muy buena distribución. Las literas son cómodas, las superiores no tiene escaleras, sino peldaños facilitando la subida. Si tienes claustrofobia quizá no te guste pero a mi me gustó la distribución y diseño. Las literas tienen cortinillas, luz, enchufes, una pequeña repisa en donde colocar cosas, todo muy práctico. Zona con taquillas y para las botas. Usé lavadora (de pago) al tener un tendedero en una terraza grande y soleada. Ofrecen buffet de desayuno por 5€ que merece la pena, lo tienes preparado antes de salir. Añadir que tienes un supermercado en la misma acera y las termas a 2 minutos. Totalmente recomendable.

1 minute from hot springs! Very clean. Very organised. Excellent breakfast (cheese, ham, muffins, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bread, toast, coffee/tea) for 5 euros. 26 bed dorm with private curtains...surprisingly quiet. Washer/drier. Slept very well. Would definitely recommend.

Buon ostello. Fa parte della nuova generazione di ostelli, per questo 4 stelle e non cinque, senza un vero ospitalero; più un hotel super economico che un vero ostello, ma per il resto è perfetto. Pulito, numero di servizi adeguato, possibilità di colazione al mattino, personale gentile e anche una piccola area relax. Di fianco c'è un market molto fornito. A meno di 100 metri la fonte termale calda in cui mettere i piedi e a poco di più il centro, con la chiesa, i negozi e il ponte romano. Siamo anche stati qui nel giorno prima di S. Giovanni, con festa in piazza e distribuzione gratuita di sardine. Un gradito e inatteso bonus.

Lovely people running the hostel, however having only one bathroom was not ideal. Beds were great as they did not feel like bunk beds, but ventilation was poor meaning it got rather hot in there. Great location for Camino.

The most disappointing part of our stay was the interaction with the owner/manager (I believe his name was Roberto). My husband and I became ill and asked about a late checkout. We were willing to pay for an extra night, and we did pay for the only available bed. We only needed to stay for around 2 additional hours before leaving.

Although the bed was already paid for and large enough for both of us to rest briefly, the owner refused to allow my husband to stay with me while I was sick. After discussion, he allowed my husband to sit in the reception area, but not remain with me behind the curtains in the sleeping area. Which doesn’t make any sense, as I was already in the bed and one more person in the same bed before curtain wouldn’t have changed anything. I was looking the owner in the eyes and asking him for this little kindness, I even cried because I couldn’t believe the lack of compassion. But nothing changed his position.

I fully understand that rules exist and that the owner had the right to enforce them. However, what made this experience so upsetting was the complete lack of compassion and humanity in the way the situation was handled. We were two exhausted and sick pilgrims very politely asking for a small act of kindness for just a short amount of time, after already paying for the bed. Instead of feeling cared for or understood, we felt unwelcome and emotionally distressed at a moment when we were physically unwell and vulnerable. Unfortunately, this interaction left a much stronger impression on us than the positive aspects of the stay.

Een van de beter albergues op de route. Ze nemen goede maatregelen tegen bedbugs, houden alles super schoon, de locatie was super fijn en het ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Kevin gaf ons goede tips voor een fijn restaurant, uiteindelijk bleek dit zelfs het lekkerste eten van heel de camino! Ik zou het aan iedereen aanraden.

Direkt am Weg, Klasse augestattet: Alles was man braucht, sogar echte Treppen zum oberen Schlafplatz. Die Waschmaschine hat meine Klamotten gewaschen und ruckzuck waren sie auf der Leine getrocknet. Mittagessen war auch und jetzt warte ich glücklich und zufrieden auf das was noch kommt.
