El día que estuve allí 2 recepcionistas y ninguno hablaba castellano, canario, español y del mundo. Es posible que en mi ciudad Puerto de la Cruz, me atienisolo en inglés?

It’s ok for the money 💵 but hygiene outside the capsule room is seriously lacking 🤮🤮🤮.
Positives ✅ : The hostel was in a nice location also the capsule was clean and had cool lighting and charging sockets. Dining area had a kitchen, fridge and storage for your food. Roof top bar was a lively area.
Negatives ❌ : The check-in process was long and not simple. I was asked to do it on my phone but i wanted to do in-person check-in which took a while. The code to enter the capsule room, wasn’t so great either as most of the time it didn’t unlock the door and required multiple tries to open the door (a key card would have been much easier to use). The hygiene is really bad outside the capsule room. There was hair found on the bathroom hooks, I went in multiple times in a bathroom to brush my teeth and as soon as stepping in I saw 💩 floating in the toilets which is absolutely disgusting 🤮🤮🤮. I assume this is because the toilet flush buttons either don’t work or require man-power to press, so guests are unable to flush the toilet. The capsule fan isn’t doing anything apart from making a noise so you have to use an A/C which is on the entrance of the room and works well but this means that you are unable to lock the capsule slider doors to enjoy cool air (not great for privacy). Capsule TV also didn’t work. Our capsule room roller blind was also broke/taken off the fixings for some reason so was unable to blackout the light from outside. Once your towel is dirty and you give it to cleaner/reception, you need to pay to get a clean towel (not great).

This is the best hostal I have ever been in already the second time they are so helpful and kind the place is spotless clean and the facilities up to scratch very often cleaned you got a mega kitchen fridge freezer in Spanish aquí no te falta de nada volveré

The hostel was amazing, you had your own room which is private and nobody could bother you, also sleeping in a capsule was an amazing experience. Location is perfect and easy accessible, there are also close by car parking if you a wondering where to park. Rooftop bar is good as well with a lot of variety of drinks and a beautiful views. I would love genuine to appreciate the volunteers at the reception for being so kind and welcoming. They really made me feel comfortable and being able to enjoy my holiday even more. Big thanks to you!

Una experiencia diferente. Me gustan las películas futuristas, y este lugar te hace sentir como en una de ellas. Las cápsulas para dormir, desde fuera parecen un poco claustrofóbicas, pero yo que no tengo ese problema, una vez dentro son algo más espaciosas de la primera impresión que me dio. A pesar de que solo es la cama y ya (un panel de luces, espejo y una TV) Puedes sentarte y darte la vuelta sin problemas.
Si encontráis ofertas por 20-25€/noche, totalmente recomendable si te encaja la idea

Sehr witzige Art des Übernachtens, hat mir sehr gefallen. Entgegen den Erfahrungen manch anderen Rezensionisten war bei mir alles prima sauber, sowohl Kapsel als auch Bäder. Zwangsläufig sind die Dinger hellhörig, aber fast alle Gäste haben die Ruhe-Regeln eingehalten. Ein bißchen nervig war, dass ich an den Türen den Nummerncode oft mehrfach eintippen mußte, damit sie sich öffnen.

We quickly realised that ventilation was designed for survival, not comfort. The air in our double capsule began to heat up rapidly and made it difficult to fall asleep. Though our floor had 5 bathrooms for a maximum capacity that I estimate being 29 people, most of them were flooded and stinking. Flushing the toilet was a subtle skill that apparently should be thought in training; most of them were flooded because people didn’t manage to do it.

We were told that the rooftop bar opens at 7pm, nevertheless when we went there at 9pm it was completely closed.
