Für eine Übernachtung für 42€ für ein Einzelzimmer kann man eine Nacht verbringen, ich würde das Hostel jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen und habe mich nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt, die Bettwäsche war jedoch sauber. Als ich abends ankam, Mitte Dezember, waren alle Räumlichkeiten eiskalt, es gibt zwar einen Radiator im Zimmer, aber alles ist im Stil der 60er/70er Jahre und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man mit einem Minimum an Komfort auskommen kann, ist der Preis gerechtfertigt.

Für 44€ für ein Doppelzimmer darf man natürlich nicht wirklich viel erwarten.
Wir waren beide nur für eine Nacht zum Übernachten und Duschen hier. Dafür war es okay.
Unser Zimmer und die Bettwäsche waren sauber.
Die Bäder sind gefühlt wohl eher aus den 70ern und seit dem auch nichts renoviert, immerhin: wir hatten warmes Wasser, jedoch sind in einem Bad einige Schimmelflecken an der Decke, was nicht so toll ist und die Bäder sind nicht beheizt.
Die Elektrik funktioniert nicht überall, im einem z.B. Bad ging das Licht nicht.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Türen schließen nicht leise, wer also leicht aufwacht wird hier wohl seine Probleme haben.
Parkplatz haben wir eine kleine Weile suchen müssen, aber ca. 3 Gehminuten weit weg gefunden.

Apartamentul este mai mult decat decent pentru pretul pe care il are.Am vrut ceva foarte ieftin pentru ca stiam ca o sa fiu acolo doar ca sa fac un dus si sa dorm.Baia nu e printre cele mai extraordinare,dar apa calda functioneaza si nu am avut probleme.Bucataria nu m-a impresionat dar nici nu am folosit-o ca sa fiu pro sau contra,dormitorul a fost exact cat am avut nevoie.Locuri de parcare mai greu pe langa hostel..Nu pot sa spun ca sunt nemultumit pentru ca nici nu am avut asteptari extraordinare fata de ce pret avea.

The house is infested with mold. The air has an atrocious mold smell. I booked the place for 3nights to be close to el Teide and vilaflor is gorgeous. During the first night, arriving late, I slept there with my head covered under my sleeping bag.
The next day I woke up with an allergic reaction to mold - dizziness, a headache, stomach upset, high anxiety.
I filled a complaint with Booking.
The owner designed my booking as no show, he asked for a Russian translator to interfere with Booking trying to get me a refund.
I lost a day in Tenerife filling complaints, feeling sick, going to the emergency room, finding another accommodation, the money for 2night, fuel to get to another city and accommodation and booking fee at Airbnb for my new place.
This place is a trap.
If I knew about it, I would not have booked it, I would have paid more somewhere else

I really don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I’m currently on my third visit to this place and stay here every time I visit Vilaflor. You get your moneys worth. £24 a night. I’ve never had problems with the hot water (it does take a few mins to run hot, just need a little patience), the terrance on the top floor is fine, gets the sunlight and there’s ample chairs.
Great location for hiking routes - I’d suggest missing pasaje lunar and heading straight for Guajara personally. If you leave early enough you should be able to get the bus back to Vilaflor from Parador del Teide.
Remember you’re not going to get 5 star facilities for £24 a night.
But for the money, it’s great, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Todo muy sucio y descuidado. No es necesario pasar una mala noche por tener un sitio céntrico en Vilaflor. Mal olor en sabanas y almohadas , lo que nos hace dudar de si eran limpias. Baños, a compartir, sucios y descuidados. La tapa del váter es una prueba de ello. Cocina que da realmente asco. Hasta los elementos para fregar la loza y limpiar es mejor no tocarlos por lo sucios que están. Mejor no usar nada... Nos encontramos el cubo de la fregona con agua sucia , no sabemos de cuando y basura en la pala.
Las opiniones que puntúan con una estrella coincidimos en todo. Les aseguro que las puntuaciones de 5 estrellas son muy dudosas.
En definitiva: ¡¡NO VAYAN!!..... Hasta que no hagan reformas y cuiden más el negocio.

Horroroso. Limpieza nefasta. En la cocina no se han molestado en poner una cafetera. Hay una tostadora toda sucia , incluso la esponja para fregar no la han repuesto en tiempo, estaba asquerosa. Y el trapo para secar sucio y roto. Cosas que valen céntimos renovarlos.
La tapa del water era una medida distinta y era muy incómodo sentarse e incluso tener que hacer pipi de pie. Haber pagado dinero por esto es totalmente injusto. NO LO RECOMIENDO

The apartment has a retro style but if you don’t mind about that and you are looking for a simple place to sleep few hours before the night hike to Teide is perfect. Plus they let us check-out later. Thank you

Jedním slovem KATASTROFA. Ubytování mělo špinavé ložní povlečení, společná koupelna taktéž nebyla čistá, v celém ubytování byl cítit zápach z cigaret. Pán, který s námi bydlel po celý večer a noc (do 4 do rána!!!) hlasitě křičel, že všechny nenávidí, co 5 minut práskal hlasitě dveřmi. Takže kromě toho, že z něj šel strach jsme se ani nevyspali. Měli jsme zaplacené dvě noci a samozřejmě jsme tam další noc po takovéto zkušenosti zůstat nechtěli. Napsali jsme majiteli a bylo nám řečeno, že nám vrátí za jednu noc peníze. Nakonec ale přestal reagovat na naše zprávy i na zprávy od booking a nevrátili nic... Přístup strašný. Důrazně nedoporučuji!

If you want to save a bit of money, change your mind!

We were 20 min, couldn't stay longer. The problem was not with:
-no hot water
-no electricity in kitchen
-no heating

I'm traveling in high mountains even for more than 2 weeks..sleeping in shelters or tents.

Kitchen was totally dirty, no one is controlling this place, if you will have problem you not receive message back.
I send very polite message about my booking, but no one answer.

We met there drunk people, dirty kitchen, people not respecting private zone. If you are junky then you found good spot.

It's first and last time to prioritize paying less money into hotel.

Do NOT go to this place. It is freezing cold and the electricity does not work properly. The ‘facilities’ date back to the 1970s. Impossible to cook or get a shower. I managed to cancel my reservation and get a refund, luckily, after realising it was not habitable. Despite the efforts of the lovely cleaning staff, the place feels as though it has been abandoned - the owners live abroad, and therefore it essentially has been.
