Google Everything here is absolutely wonderful. The location is very close to the bus station, the place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are quiet, and the thoughtful design really stands out.
The only downside was the female staff member on duty at around 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026. She was sitting in her chair, leaning back with her legs crossed. When I walked in, she barely acknowledged me with a simple nod. Just a few seconds later, however, I noticed her smiling and warmly saying "Hi" to a white female customer. It was hard not to feel that this behavior suggested discrimination. In my opinion, this employee does not align with the hotel's operating philosophy and is unfit for her position. Every time I approached her, I felt uncomfortable.
Such a wonderful hotel really should not have unprofessional staff providing this kind of service.
Other than her rudeness, everything was just perfect.

Jolie auberge, personnel agréable (surtout le veilleur de nuit). Bon petit déjeuner et cuisines pratiques !
Le bémol, ce sont certaines chambres. Pas de rideau aux fenêtres car les rideaux sont directement sur les lits. Notre chambre avait une très mauvaise odeur de remontées d’égout et on ne pouvait pas l’aérer car notre fenêtre donnait sur la terrasse au rez-de-chaussée (où les gens discutent et fument)

El único comentario para mejorar, es que mi habitación daba al hall principal, y la puerta corrediza hacia mucho ruido cuando se abria y cerraba. Deberian mejorar eso. El resto, perfecto.

Google I stayed at this hostel recently and had a very frustrating experience with something as basic as Wi-Fi access.
The hostel requires guests to scan a QR code to connect to the network. On my device, scanning the code only opened a password request screen instead of redirecting to the registration page they expected. I went to reception for help, demonstrated the issue directly on my phone, and explained that there was no registration page appearing at all.
Instead of trying to find an actual solution, the staff member immediately insisted that “the problem is your device or your settings.” My phone is a modern Redmi Note 14 Pro running the latest HyperOS/Android version, with standard network settings, so this clearly looked more like a compatibility issue with their captive portal system than some broken device.
What disappointed me most was not even the technical issue itself, but the complete lack of willingness to help creatively. There was no alternative network offered, no manual login option, no temporary password, no hotspot suggestion, nothing. Meanwhile, mobile signal inside the room was extremely poor, so I was effectively left without internet access at all.
Showing that the Wi-Fi works on other devices does not solve the problem of a guest whose device cannot pass through your login system. Good hospitality is about helping the guest reach a solution, not simply distancing yourself from the issue once blame can be shifted elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience.

Relativamente às toalhas, de facto são disponibilizadas como serviço adicional nesse tipo de quarto, e lamentamos se isso não ficou claro ou não foi conveniente durante a sua estadia.
