Я очень жалею, что не успела оставить полноценный отзыв на Booking. Я поставила все самые высокие оценки, но после этого приложение закрылось, и возможность написать комментарий исчезла. Меня это очень расстроило, потому что мне действительно хотелось поблагодарить всю команду этого замечательного хостела.

Это одно из самых приятных мест, где мне довелось останавливаться. Здесь идеально чисто, очень уютно, вкусная домашняя кухня и по-настоящему душевная атмосфера. Но самое главное — это люди, которые здесь работают.

Огромное спасибо Даниилу, Елене, Людмиле и Денису. Все они невероятно доброжелательные, отзывчивые и внимательные. В любое время дня и ночи они готовы помочь, подсказать, поддержать и решить любой вопрос. Такое искреннее отношение к гостям сегодня встречается очень редко.

Спасибо вам за ваш труд, заботу и теплый прием! Благодаря вам чувствуешь себя не просто постояльцем, а дорогим гостем.

Я осталась в полном восторге и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот хостел всем своим друзьям, знакомым и тем, кто собирается приехать в Торревьеха. Если мне снова доведется быть в этом городе, я без малейших сомнений остановлюсь именно у вас.

Прекрасное место! Остановились здесь, все очень понравилось, также хочу отметить добрый персонал. Администратор Ярик был очень вежлив с нами и подсказал дорогу хаха. Спасибо Вам большое!

Conditions were okay, but I had an uncomfortable stay in dorm, russian speaking man stayed in his bed while I checked-in in afternoon and wanted to take a brief nap and he just kept talking loudly and cussing with his buddies on phone, talking some domestic violence stories and whatnot. I had a strong feeling like it was all staged, he might've been ukranian refugee that doesn't know to behave himself in public places and does things what's he been told to do. Overall very unpleasant experience knowing you're paying your hard earned money for accomodation and someone lives there for free and behaves in such impudent unacceptable manner. Host that checked me in on June 13th, a blonde guy had some foul odor, deodorants are available. Not sure whether they're milking EU/ Spain to keep these refugees in their properties, very scetchy

We will certainly address the noise and behavior policies with our guests. However, we would like to reassure you that all of our guests stay here on a standard commercial basis and pay for their accommodation independently. Could you please let us know what gave you the impression that anyone was staying here for free, or that the situation was staged? This is important to us, as we maintain strict standards regarding the transparency of our operations.

Since you checked in during the day when our staff was fully available, we highly encourage reaching out to management right away in these situations. Our team is always ready to step in, and we would have gladly asked the guest to keep it down or take their call outside the sleeping area to respect your space.
