Me da la sensación leyendo las reviews que la gente no tiene demasiada experiencia previa con albergues de alta montaña.

Supongo que este albergue, al ser relativamente accesible desde Bulnes, y estar en un sitio tan relevante como es al lado del naranjo de Bulnes, puede ser la primera experiencia para muchos con este tipo de albergues.

Y si, claro, el precio de la comida y los servicios es caro de forma "absoluta". Pero si tenemos en cuenta que se tiene que subir en helicoptero o mula, los precios tienen sentido.

Y las camas están en habitaciones compartidas, pero es que no se si la gente se esperaba habitaciones individuales en un refugio de alta montaña.

Si que es verdad que algunos de los empleados son un poco secos, pero otros fueron bastante majos.

En general, una experiencia "normal" para lo que es un albergue de montaña.

Lokalizacja schroniska jest cudowna, natomiast jego obsługa i standardy to jakiś żart…

Z rzeczy bardzo istotnych - całkowity brak możliwości zakupu wody, zostałem odesłany przez obsługę do źródełka, które ma wielką tabliczkę, że nie jest to woda zdatna do picia… niestety z uwagi na to, że był to 3 dzień wyprawy a kolejny przystanek to było inne schronisko byłem zmuszony do zabrania wody „źródlanej” - ostatecznie w moim przypadku skończyło się to bardzo źle.

Generalnie obsługa zachowuje się w myśl powiedzenia „gotowi pomyśleć, że my tu jesteśmy dla nich”.

Miejsce polecam, samo schronisko pozostawiam bez komentarza.

Cena buena y abundante
Trato servicio variable: juanita es un angel y el guarda sergio, esta muuuy lejos de un trato amable y correcto.
Funcionamiento interno mejorable: el uso del espacio de comedor es optimizable. No tiene ningun sentido desaprovecharlo y dejar los huespedes de pie o por medio de la nada simplemente por tener la mesa preparada.

Un lugar maravilloso para descargar después de una larga caminata
De cenar nos pusieron una ensalada mixta espectacular y fabada que tenía un pintón, pero para cenar e irte a la cama, no lo veo. Mucha grasa y muy pesada en digestión para la noche.
El desayuno bien, café con leche, panecillos, galletas, corbatas con y sin chocolate, mermelada y mantequilla

Las habitaciones están muy bien las literas son amplias, se echa de menos algún enchufe más, ya que solo hay uno por habitación

Que si llegas más tarde de las 19:30, ya no te den opción de ducharte aunque pagues el agua caliente.... Y los baños funcionan regular

La fuente que hay en la entrada para recargar las botellas te da la vida

Cama cómoda y comida buenísima. La ducha podría ser mejor, tienen una bolsa a presión pero sale un chorro tan fino que impide lavar el pelo. Trabajadores muy amables.

Nada que decir del entorno, es absolutamente maravilloso y poder amanecer ahí es un lujo. Coincidiendo con muchos de los comentarios, la persona que regenta el sitio, desde luego, es de todo menos amable y acogedora, una pena, ya que llegas cansado y con ganas de un "refugio" y te encuentras con alguien bastante desagradable y poco hospitalario.

Let me start with the positive:

- The views are astounding.
- Dinner was good: veg soup and pasta bolognese.
- We also ordered lunch to go, which was decent as well.

Now, the negatives:

- We arrived after a strenuous hike and we were immediately handed a tablet with a registration form. I requested we get a drink first and we do it later, which the older gentleman hesitantly agreed to.

- There is no lounge area. Outside there are two small benches and a ledge where most guests sit on. There, you can order drinks and food through a serving hatch.

- The restaurant area has sufficient seating arrangements but is only accessible during breakfast and dinner hours; outside those hours they remain unused.

- There are big lockers in which you can store your backpack. The upper floor lockers are positioned above a metal floor through which you can easily drop things on top of people below. There is no private place to get changed.

- The dormitories consist of bunk beds with wide mattresses. We were unlucky enough to share the dorm with dudes who snored like drilling equipment and who woke everyone up at 5:00AM with headlights, deodorant and mosquito repellent.

- Breakfast couldn't be more basic. Some biscuits and butter, and a pre-packed cake. I woke up before my partner. I asked if I could get a coffee while I wait for her. "We have coffee and breakfast together, not seperate", was the older l gentleman's response. He made me pay for the coffee even though it was included in the breakfast. "Can I get a coffee now and then later just breakfast?", I asked. "No", he said. "You'll pay for the hurry". Awful service.

Save yourself the trouble and sleep in a tent outside.

Hola, para mi un refugio de montaña es para dar cobijo a los excursionistas, y me dejo chafadisima que ni siquiera te dejen usar el baño si no pernoctas allí, habría pagado lo que me hubiesen dicho por usarlo, pero no dan la opción, ruego se lo planteen por favor, yo a lo mejor no volveré pero es una necesidad

Be prepared to be treated like second class human if you haven’t reserved a night there (and even if you have the night reserved there)

So bring all essentials tool to the go poop in nature no access the Refugio whatsoever. The mountain is filled with toilet paper and wet wipes because they don’t let anyone access the toilet if they use a tent or day hike.

Even if you reserved a bed you can’t access the common are outside certains hours.

I’m really not the type of person who enjoys staying in a dormitory, but I still had a great experience. The staff member who checked us in was especially kind and welcoming. The beds are fairly wide, so you still get a reasonable amount of privacy.

There are no showers, and the toilet facilities aren’t ideal. The bar offers a good selection of drinks, and both the dinner and breakfast were decent considering the remote location.

The surrounding nature is absolutely spectacular, and that alone makes this place worth recommending.
