Check-in and check-out was horrible and time consuming. They didn’t provide any instructions beforehand, so it was really confusing. First, my reservation didn’t appear at the machine and then, it showed I had reserved more beds that I actually did. For checking-out, it showed that I had to pay my bed plus the ones I didn’t reserved, even if they had charged me months ago when I did the reservation. I tried to communicate to the numbers they had and anyone answered until calling at least 10 times, this happened twice. Finally, the beds are super insecure as the steps to climb the upper bed are small, round and slippery.

This is a terrible hostal, despite that they are not working with Hostalword in the website they have available rooms. I never faced this kind of terrible hostals in my life.

The hosts try to make you pay twice. We waited around for a long time to check in. No one works here and the "automated" check in never works. You have to call a number. They hang up on you. Then proceed to attempt to convince you to pay again on another platform before they will check you in. Such a scam.

Ich kam angekündigt um 23:45 am Hostel an und wollte hinein. Dann bemerkte ich, dass ich keinen Code für die Haustür hatte aber mich ließen andere Gäste hinein. Danach fand der Computer meine Buchung nicht. Ich rief alle nummern an ohne Antwort. Eine Nummer die vom Computer angezeigt wurde wenn man auf Hilfe drückt fand einen abnehmer der mir allerdings nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Stand jetzt würd ich am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Was ich von drinnen sehe, also Pausenraum, sieht ganz okay aus aber da kommt man als Normalsterblicher nicht hin

He quedado muy satisfecha y recomiendo este lugar por la limpieza he higiene y la comodidad que brindan, desde instalaciones y el buen trato hacia el cliente, cuenta con camas muy cómodas y ordenadas. Angie súper agradable, maja, responsable , organizada y cuidadosa en todo.

dont give a crap about their customers, my message was not replied to for almost a month, just for them to cancel my booking, keeping all the money, and telling me on the phone that they wont do anything about it... be aware that "self check in" only works until midnight, after they cancel you without a warning

Es una desgracia de gente. Cogimos una reserva por Booking y EL MISMO DÍA, nada más llegar a Bilbao va y nos la cancelan alegando que la tarjeta no es válida cuando HEMOS PAGADO HACE UN MES. El tío encima nos habló por WhatsApp diciendo que la reserva está bien, que no hay problema. No les doy un cero porque no se puede. Son unos DESGRACIADOS

Total nightmare. They messed up our 3-person booking, refused to accommodate us, and then promised a refund that never arrived. They are now ignoring all my messages. The manager refused to see us in person and is still "unavailable" via WhatsApp. This feels like a scam. Stay away!

En este sitio vas a lo que vas, dormir y poco más. Baños compartidos, sí, por casa 8 camas hay dos váteres y dos duchas, ahora, una ducha y un baño sin pestillo y huecos MINÚSCULOS. En el techo de las habitaciones pasan tuberías y el agua hace MUCHO ruido (llevad tapones si vais). Para una habitación de 4 personas solo hay un percherito, nada más. Debajo de las camas hay como huecos tipo taquilla pero las abres y están llenas de polvo y yo ahí no dejo mis cosas ni en broma. Adjunto en la foto lo que promete el servicio y diré que es MENTIRA, para hacer en check-in nos tuvo que ayudar un chico que estaba limpiando, recepción 24h hay pero llamas a los dos números de emergencia y no te atiende NADIE, tampoco hay secador de pelo y el aparcamiento en la calle… no lo he visto yo ni cerca de la zona

No recomiendo el lugar, la calefacción de las habitaciones hacen el ruido mostrado en el vídeo. Pasamos un noche horrible y el personal no se preocupó en absoluto.
