Het hostel was erg modern, proper, en het personeel was vriendelijk. Zowel voor als tijdens je komst, beantwoorden ze geduldig al je vragen (zelfs via Whatsapp). Het check-in systeem is handig en het gebouw is ook goed beveiligd. Kamers worden elke dag netjes gepoetst.

De reden waarom ik maar 3 sterren geef, heeft echter te maken met de sfeer en de ligging. De sfeer was niet zoals je die in een hostel verwacht: er waren geen boeken/kunst/muziek/borden met uitleg/..., wat een nogal steriele indruk gaf. Er waren ook voornamelijk gasten die permanent in het hostal leken te wonen, waardoor er niet de ''typische reizigersinteracties'' waren en je soms een beetje werd genegeerd. Dit voelde voor mij persoonlijk wat ongemakkelijk.

Bovendien dacht ik dat de buurt rustiger zou zijn, vermits je vrij ver van het centrum zit (ca. 30 min. wandelen). Het is een echte woonwijk, met de typische stads- en verkeersgeluiden 's ochtends. Toen ik er was, was er ook een festival gaande, waardoor er elke nacht tot 12u lawaai was. Wel handig: stadsfietsen en de bushalte zijn vlak voor de deur, dus je hebt veel mogelijkheden qua vervoer.

Tip voor het hostel: in de kamer miste ik kapstokjes (bijvoorbeeld voor handdoeken/jassen) en een wc-borstel. In de keuken zou er meer materiaal voorhanden mogen zijn, en ook een duidelijker systeem. Na 3 dagen heb ik het afwasmachine bijvoorbeeld zelf aangezet, omdat er amper nog bestek was, want dit zat al dagenlang in een vuile vaatwas. Ik heb zelfs in de kasten vuile borden gezien. Plastic bakjes voor in de koelkast zouden ook handig zijn, zodat je niet op elk voedingsmiddel apart een sticker met je naam moet plakken.

De zoemende automaten in de eetruimte vond ik ook nogal steriel en niet zo verwelkomend. Dit zou kunnen worden opgelost door een simpel koffiemachine, wat de keuken niet alleen geriefelijker, maar ook huiselijker zou maken.

Limpieza excelente. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y están muy pensadas para la hora de descansar, ocio y aseo. La cocina es muy completa. Hay opción de baño privado y compartido y habitaciones de más o menos huéspedes. A pesar de estar lleno hemos estado muy tranquilas ya que cada area está muy separada y la gente es muy respetuosa en general. Sin duda repetiría.

Leider hatten wir ein äußerst unangenehmes Zusammentreffen mit einer sehr unprofessionellen Angestellten (oder sogar der Leitung): Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern und hatten gemäß den Richtlinien des Hostels ein separates Zimmer gebucht. Zudem hatten wir der Unterkunft vorab eine Mail geschrieben um sicherzustellen, dass wir ein separates Zimmer erhalten würden.
Wir checkten abends ein, registrierten uns und die Kinder mit Personalausweisen und übernachteten. Am nächsten Morgen wurden unsere Kinder von der besagten Angestellten angesprochen, als sie gerade alleine zum Zimmer gingen, und nach ihrem Alter gefragt. Die Angestellte ging daraufhin in unser Zimmer und sah sich darin um, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Schließlich wurden wir Erwachsenen in unverschämtem Ton angesprochen, es sei nicht bekannt gewesen, dass hier Kinder übernachteten! Alle Informationen hätte sie ohne Probleme in ihren Unterlagen nachsehen können. Für ihr übergriffiges Verhalten entschuldigte sich die Angestellte nicht, sondern pochte darauf sie habe sicherstellen müssen, dass die Regeln des Hauses befolgt würden.

Außerdem ist das Hostel viel zu teuer dafür wie einfach die Zimmer sind (quietschende Stockbetten, keine Handtücher)!

Hotêl 100% pour femmes très propre en général ! Hotêl calme et idéal pour voyageuse en solo. Le ménage est réalisé tous les jours. Je recommande à 100%. Dommage qu'à certains moments les toilettes soient un peu sales. Sinon, séjour incroyable, merci beaucoup !

Es un lugar muy agradable. Las instrucciones son claras y te dan opciones de acceso auto gestionado fuera del horario de recepción 🤗✨
Yo dormí en pieza compartida, la cama era cómoda y dormí zzzz. Sólo levantaría un poco los camarotes para que, si toca en la cama de abajo, puedas sentarte derecha.
Si bien los camarotes no tienen cortina todas respetan tu privacidad y sueño.
Todos los espacios estaban impecables, bien cuidados, bien ventilados e iluminados.
La locomoción desde y hacia el hostel es buena aunque, si eres de caminar, estás a sólo 20 minutos del estadio 🏟️

Hostel très propre, lits confortables et personnel très aimable ! Seul petit bémol selon moi, la cuisine n’est vraiment pas bien équipée au vu du nombre de personnes logées ! Il y a très peu de couverts et de vaisselle, c’était compliqué de trouver une simple cuillère et fourchette pour le petit déjeuner

The biggest issue with this hostel is that many people seem to live there long-term, and this completely affects the atmosphere and experience. Because of this, it doesn’t feel like a proper hostel, but more like a shared apartment with little respect for other guests.

The hostel has a lot of potential — the space itself is well designed and could be very comfortable. However, the overall atmosphere completely ruins the experience.

Noise was a major issue. Quiet hours were not respected at all. Some guests would come into the room in the middle of the night drunk, turning on flashlights, opening and closing drawers loudly, and making constant noise. Alarms would start going off from 6 a.m. and continue ringing for a long time without being turned off. It was very difficult to get proper rest.

The situation in the bathrooms was also uncomfortable. Guests would go into toilet stalls in pairs without any hesitation, which made the shared space feel awkward and unpleasant.

The shared spaces were also disappointing. The kitchen was poorly equipped — no basic items like salt or oil, making it impossible to cook. There was no proper coffee machine, only a vending machine. The fridge was constantly overcrowded, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The dishes were old and often dirty.

The room itself lacked basic comfort. The bed was not prepared upon arrival, there was no small shelf or space near the bed to place personal items like a phone or key card, and the heating/air conditioning system did not work properly.

That said, the staff were very kind and friendly, which was one of the few positive aspects of the stay.

In summary, while the place looks promising, the lack of organization, cleanliness, and respect for other guests makes the experience quite unpleasant.
