È stata un un’esperienza fantastica! Posto immerso nella natura, ogni giorno passa la donna delle pulizie a pulire bagni e camere. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e saremmo voluti rimanere di più! Ana è fantastica, super disponibile e accogliente
Con gli altri ragazzi dell’ostello abbiamo trascorso più sere insieme. Hanno tutti i servizi necessari per passare giornate come a casa e se si vuole prendere il sole o rilassarsi c’è un giardino molto grande dove passare il tempo senza andare in spiaggia anche a causa del troppo vento per chi non fa sport in mare.
Sicuramente torneremo, anche solo per fare qualche giorno nell’ostello. Grazie di tutto

The hosts are awful, one of the rudest people I've known. The place is a scam, they have different checking times than when you book a room. Zero contact as well.

Maravilloso espacio.
Es un hostal las habitaciones son compartidas y también los espacios. Siendo esto así, es muy limpio, la atención es muy buena y el lugar en la naturaleza no tiene precio. Y esta bastante cerca del pueblo aunque se necesita coche. Hay buen parking.

Sin duda alguna es el mejor alojamiento para disfrutar de Tarifa y su entorno.
Vivi como Ana me recibieron con una amabilidad y atención increíble, los mejores anfitriones que se puede tener.
El alojamiento esta ubicado en un paraje natural con unas vistas increíbles ideal para viajar sola o en grupo.
Todo el alojamiento tanto interior como exterior tienen una calidad y calidez impresionante, con unos detalles que hacen la estancia perfecta, ideal y confortable.
Destacar algo es imposible, todo es perfecto!.
La limpieza del alojamiento es diaria y detalla como pude comprobar durante los días que estuve allí alojada, sobresaliente o más si cabe!.
Recomendable 100% en cualquier época del año.
Sin duda alguna volveré.

Wow, this owner has a serious problem. Not a kind man at all. The rooms were not very clean and the manager was not very available. I hope they improve. I only had to stay two nights so I didn’t mention it, but be careful with the attitude of the staff / owner. Its a shame because the views and potential is there. Was not a good experience for me

The staff got abusive with me verbally. Then it was promised to return my money 95€ which never happened. Even after going to the police and letting booking.com calling them. So basically i payed to recieve abuse. Mind blown.

I can see there has been a lovely response of the owner below. I think that anybody with any social intelligence can see who you are by what you wrote.

I just hope that if any guest shows up to the hostel where the staff smokes marihuana, verbal abuse is normal, let alone your own reputation in your town Words of which I wont repeat. (also another guest had a similar experience the night before :) ) that they are warned with this message 🫶🏻

Also: you did not mention about the -fact- all opinions aside that to this day you have not payed me back my 95€ 🤣 ? 🤣🤣 at least you have to live with your own actions in your own heart. You realize that what you did was criminal? Not paying back a guest. Just because there is no written proof, very smart to not put this fact in writing you can get away with it. I will still try what I can to make you correct your injustice. In the end its you who has to feel good about themselves. I know I did nothing wrong for standing up against abuse and try to get my money back for days I didn’t stay there, as was promised. You must be very insecure about your hostel to become as angry as you did and taking their money in stead of listening with a rational mind. Im just writing this for the next guest that might bump into your fragile ego

Amazing place for doers, definitely not recomend here for whiners. You would be all you need. Yep! Exact place for Surfers. Just in the middle of everything you want to with collective community around you. Find Anna, she is amazing host along with her team. Thank you all for what you are doing.
