Habitaciones en una casa. Las habitaciones están muy bien y amplias. En el lugar solo existen 4 habitaciones. Todas tienen acceso a la cocina, en la que cada habitación tiene un color y tus cubiertos, platos, etc, están en tu zona de color, al igual que en la nevera.
Puedes acceder a la azotea donde hay un jacuzzi, con unas buenas vistas. Al lado de la cocina tienes una zona para guardar tus maletas, bicis o incluso hacer la colada.
El lugar está muy bien y creo que volveré. Para aparcar puedes dar un par de vueltas o aparcar en el terraplen al lado del mar. Tranquilidad máxima en la zona.

Nice stay, great building, but ground-floor room was a drawback

Overall, we had a nice stay and there were many things we really liked.

The apartment is very well located and the building is extremely well maintained, especially the common areas. The shared kitchen was very clean and had everything needed. The rooftop terrace was also a highlight, with a great view and a very pleasant atmosphere.

The room itself was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, there were plenty of lights, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. We also appreciated the small details: water, chocolate, and a mini panettone were left for us, which was a lovely touch. Shower gel and shampoo were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The reason for the 3-star rating is the room location and the lack of clarity in the listing. We booked through Booking, and at no point was it mentioned that the room was on the ground floor. The room photos (not the building photos) included an image of a mezzanine / first-floor staircase, which is confusing and suggests the room might be on a higher level.

Because the room was at street level, we could not open the windows or the blinds at any time due to lack of privacy. There was also significant noise from cars, people passing by, and other guests entering the building. In addition, the terrace lights were not working, and the electronic keypad for the room was not functioning properly.

In a room that is not on the ground floor, this would have been an amazing stay. Unfortunately, on the ground floor, the experience was not as enjoyable.

That said, the building itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable, and with a better room location, it has great potential.

Die Unterkunft liegt in el Charco und ist recht zentral in der Nähe der Restaurants an der Promenade. Sehr saubere und moderne sowie liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Es gab sogar kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie kleine Tuben mit Lotion und Seifen... Sehr sehr tolle Erfahrung.

Дуже рекомендую це помешкання . Бронював на букінгу . Кімната була не велика , але все було чисте і нам все сподобалось . Проблема була тільки з паркуванням автомобілів біля дому , але завжди не подалік знаходили де запаркуватись .

Exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided extra bathroom items like toothbrushes and razors. We had a twin room, which came with a TV and a mini terrace with an outdoor sofa.

The kitchen and fridge were coloured coded the same as your room, so you knew which cupboard and fridge shelf to use.

The host was easily contactable by whatsapp and provided an excellent service - she always responded within an hour or so max, and let us store our rental bikes in the laundry room, as well
as bags after we had already checked out.

Check-in and check-out were easy and self-serviced (all done via door codes).

I would stay here again.

Me ha encantado el sitio. ¡100% recomendado!
La habitación me gustó mucho. La cocina viene muy bien equipada. Tienen jacuzzi y me parece un acierto porque hace del sitio aún más especial. Erika es muy simpática y el personal en general estuvieron muy atentos. Cuando vuelva a Lanzarote ya sé donde quiero alojarme.

La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de restaurantes y demás negocios. Pilla a unos 7 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y el centro comercial está también bastante cerca andando

Posizione eccellente, camere carine e ben arredate, bagno spazioso. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua di cortesia, un cioccolatino (a testa) e un piccolo panettone, gesto molto apprezzato.
La casa ha una jacuzzi accessibile a tutti i clienti e una lavanderia.
Consigliatissimo!

Avevo prenotato per tre giorni ma poi siamo rimasti tutta la settimana. Posizione strategica, a due passi dalla movida di Arrecife, ma silenziosa perché nella parte finale. Consiglierei qualcosina, per esempio utilizzare un aspirapolvere per le pulizie, uno stendino in terrazza, un’attenzione maggiore alla biancheria pulita e secchi differenziati in cucina. Comunque buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglierei.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de todo En Arrecife, por la Avenida hay muchos restaurantes y a 5 minutos caminando está la calle principal de León y Castillo. Las habitaciones son enormes y el baño grande, recién remodelado. Tiene cocina compartida y es enorme. Lo recomiendo.

Don’t be fooled by the ‘hostel’ title. This was amazing for the money we paid. Great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom a wee bit dated but no complaints. We stayed on the ground floor next to the lounge and near the kitchen area (perfect) kitchen very clean and well organised. We were very lucky that we were they only people staying for 5 out of the 7nights. (Only 3 rooms in total) The hot tub on the roof terrace was great (apart from the fact that we did not understand how to use the temperature gauge, maybe instructions might be useful) ) The lady who met us on arrival was so friendly and welcoming (sorry can’t remember your name). This house comes highly recommended.
