Zeer gezellig mediterraans ogend hostel, fijne tuin met rustige hoekjes, garden & relax heeft zijn naam niet gestolen. De eigenaar heeft 2 lieve labradors. De kamers zijn mooi verzorgd, je kan dormitory of ook een privé kamer boeken

A very poor and unsettling stay during which time i was verbally attacked by the owners friend. At first when she was raging and unhinged i assumed she was mentally unstable so i decided to ignore her. She kept getting angrier and more volatile. As it progressed i realised it was also racially motivated.
So much for all the buddhist and hindu idols pictures etc. Just optics and misappropriation of anothet culture they have no clue about but use to make money. Sad and pathetic.

Worst experience I have ever had in years travelling and staying in hostel around the whole world. I arrived at this hostel after hours of flight and was denied any assistance before check-in time what was obly 17h.. I wasn't even allowed to leave a heavy suitcase or use the bathroom, even though I was in an isolated area with no nearby options to turn to.

Ok that the check in time was at 17h but once there are people in the place it is a totally lack of hospitality you deny the guest to access the toilet very quick!
After much insistence, they agreed to let me use the bathroom very quickly as it was the only thing that I had to begging for, but then they started making disrespectful comments about me in Spanish, apparently believing I didn't understand. Since I speak Spanish, I confronted the situation. From then on, the two men employees present constantly raised their voices, acting in an intimidating and aggressive manner.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe and terrified of such an unacceptable situation. I received no assistance, empathy, or attempt to resolve the situation. I ended up having to leave without accommodation, without a refund, which the manager on the phone ALSO SCREAMING at me saying for me to leave so I could cancel the stay in the app and they would accept it with refund request. What booking.com needed their confirmation, and they didn’t provided anything and I didn’t received my refund after extremely horrible experience in their place. without any support, which turned my arrival into a real nightmare.

I had to walk miles with very heavy backpack looking for a new place, searching, lose my entire “day trip” because of these uneducated and ignorant people!

I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially women traveling alone. The level of disrespect, lack of professionalism, and lack of hospitality was shocking an disgusting as I have never seen anything like this before! Run away guys!

Such a chill spot, they have two labradors also.. which adds to the vibe. Really feels like home, I will be back again!

This hostel has great views and open garden space to lounge. Very responsive and got keys early to checkin. Shared rooms were good but only thing to look out for is that there is no fan so had issues with mosquitoes

Ein toller, einfacher Ort für den Aufenthalt in Corralejo. Sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, tolle Lage nah am Hafen und am Strand, alles ist sauber, gut organisiert und es ist glücklicherweise kein Party-Hostel

Lovely cute place ,host was really nice and helpful but I'm sorry there seems to be a problem with some of the very rude and selfish clientele that frequent this hostel "acting like its there right to use the bathroom for an hour at a time" & "be as noisy as they like at all hours"
Sorry certain folk spoil it, we felt the need to leave at 6am as we literally got no sleep.
