Google Lived here for two weeks as part of a kitesurfing package deal. Really nice surf hostel, great place to socialize and meet likeminded people. Also not TOO social i.e. no all-night parties and personal space was well respected.
Facilities are tidy and clean. Breakfast was nice. Simone was a great host! Oh and the location is unbeatable 🤩
Knocked off one star for the comfort in summer; at least my (private) room was often very hot at night. Also, my "window" faced the main corridor and since it was basically mandatory to keep it open at all times (🔥) everyone passing by could look right in. Some curtains would be nice!
In general I really enjoyed my stay, even considering coming back to do more watersports!

Google I stayed for a week 21 June - 28 June 2026. The place is spotless and really nicely decorated. The staff are v friendly do everything to make you are welcome. Special call out to Simone who works so hard to make the place runs like clock work and ensure everyone feels welcome and has a fun time - organising BBQs and giving advice on where to go on the island.

Google I had a great time at Sol y Mar. The hostel is super clean and cozy. There are plenty of bathrooms and a great rooftop terrace with a grill. Simone, in particular, always kept the mood upbeat, and there was a wonderful sense of community among all the guests. I took a kitesurfing course at Flag Beach, which I can also highly recommend. I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back.

Google Al Sol y Mar non ho trovato semplicemente una guest house, ma un posto in cui mi sono sentito a casa.
La struttura è pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ben due cucine, che abbiamo potuto utilizzare liberamente. Un’altra chicca è il barbecue sul terrazzo, che ci ha permesso di organizzare grigliate quasi ogni sera.
Una menzione speciale va a Simone, che ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità e ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ci ha messi subito a nostro agio e ci ha saputo consigliare i posti giusti per orientarci al meglio sull’isola.È stata un’esperienza che non dimenticherò mai. Tornerò sicuramente.

Google Io e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Corralejo e il Sol y Mar ci ha accolto e regalato tanti bei momenti e altrettanti ricordi per sempre! La struttura è tenuta molto bene ed è fornita con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere in serenità le vacanze. Punto forte la terrazza, dopo abbiamo potuto grigliare e passare delle stupende serate in compagnia degli altri ospiti!
Una menzione speciale va a Simone, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, ha reso la nostra esperienza unica e indimenticabile, grande amico e guida a Fuerteventura!
