Estos días han sido geniales en el Aloe Vera y quería compartirlo!!! Los staff súper abiertos y humanos y me sentí como estar en casa... me invitaron a cenar y fuimos a la playa a ver el atardecer...
Me atendio un chico muy amable al llegar que se llamaba Caflos creo!!!

Příjezd byl v pořádku a slečna co nás hostila byla velmi milá. Pokoj byl čistý a koupelna na sdílené ubytování byla také vpořádku. Problém byl bohužel s hrozným hlukem až do pozdních večerních hodin a s tím že pod naším oknem byla během večera aktivně kouřena marihuana a všechen kouř šel přímo k nám do pokoje. Víme co očekávat od sdíleného ubytování nebylo to naše poprvé, ale bohužel nás velmi mrzelo nerespektování od ostatních hostů hlukem a hrozný zápach marihuany.

Honestly, what an unfair review, 2 stars after saying staff is great, place is super, and room was clean, because some guests smoked weed... You shall probably go to another country on holidays... It says more about the reviwer than the place...

Unfortunately, this is probably the first negative review I’ve ever written for a hostel, but I feel it’s necessary.

My experience was very disappointing from the beginning. The place was dirty, disorganized, and lacked basic hygiene standards. There didn’t seem to be any clear rules or proper management in place, which created a chaotic environment.

I want to make it clear that the staff themselves were not the problem — they were polite and doing their best. However, the issues seem to come from poor organization or management.

The location was also very inconvenient. Public transport only gets you to the center of El Médano, and from there you have to walk about 35–40 minutes to reach the hostel.

On my last day, I had to check out at 12:00 with my backpack and asked if someone could give me a short ride to the bus station, which is only about 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, no help was available, so I had to walk again.

Another strange detail was the excessive number of posters everywhere on the walls — it felt unnecessary and made the place look even more cluttered.

On my first day, I was told I could use the pool, but its condition was far from acceptable.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the conditions, because the place has potential but currently falls far below expectations.

We are sorry that you didn't like our place. Honestly, we're not going to take half an hour to reply to a 3,000 characters review, but we would like to point out that it seems kind of out of place that you take a picture of the storage to point out that the place is a mess. In our opinion honestly, a lot of things in your review seem to be super picky, more like a personal thing. Also, our location is really appreciated by a lot of people because you can park right at the door, we're just beachfront, and in front of a natural park, and 15 minutes walk from the closest restaurants and 25 minutes from town, we are sorry that no one offered you to give you a free lift in their vehicle, but that's honestly something not related to the hostel.
