No suelo dejar reseñas cuando viajo, pero esta vez es mas que merecida. Pablo es una excelente persona, atenta a cualquier necesidad de sus huéspedes. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, con una ubicación privilegiada próxima a la playa y bares de gros. Lo recomendaría siempre. una experiencia muy linda.

Fantástico lugar donde quedarse en San Sebastián. Muy cerca de la playa Zurriola ideal para surfistas.
Espacios y camas muy cómodas, la atención que recibimos fue excelente y sin duda volveremos!

The only thing enjoy comfort enjoys is taking your money. We contacted the hotel 3 days before we were meant to stay asking to possibly change our arrival date. We did not hear back from them. After finally calling them to ask them why they had not gotten back to us we were told by the owner that he 'had been on holidays' and he was sorry, we asked for a refund for our room as we were no longer travelling to San Sebastian and he refused, saying we had booked a non refundable room. 144 Euros taken from us by this company with zero responsibility for their lack of communication which impacted our trip. Do not recommend.

Trust me—you’ll find this place perfect for your stay!

First of all, we really appreciated Pablo’s warm hospitality and his great recommendations for places to visit, food to try, and all the cool local experiences.

The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy, and having our own private bathroom was a big plus.

Another highlight is the location—you can walk everywhere: the old town, downtown, and even the beach areas.

Magnífica experiencia. En el barrio de Gros, el recepcionista nos dio indicaciones para aparcar en zona blanca, algo muy complicado en San Sebastián. De hecho, lo dejamos todo el fin de semana allí. Habitaciones limpias y baños limpios y ordenados. Todo muy higienico. Repetiría sin duda.

Ich habe eine Nacht im Enjoy Comfort verbracht, da mein Flug kurzfristig gestrichen wurde. Glücklicherweise konnte ich noch für nur 35 € eine Übernachtung buchen, was für mich ein sehr fairer Preis war. Der Hausherr empfing mich sehr herzlich und zeigte mir alles – eine typische spanische Gastfreundschaft, die ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Das Zimmer war minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber für eine Einzelperson absolut ausreichend. Es gab ein Bett, einen Schrank, Nachttische und frische Handtücher – alles, was man braucht. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass es auch einen Föhn gab. Zudem gab es einen kleinen Tisch mit Tee und anderen Annehmlichkeiten, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgte. Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett, aber ich denke, für zwei Personen könnte es etwas eng werden.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, was natürlich praktisch ist, aber es könnte insbesondere in der Hochsaison lauter werden. In meinem Fall war es jedoch trotz der zentralen Lage nicht laut, was mich positiv überrascht hat. Es sollte einem jedoch bewusst sein, dass es je nach Saison lauter werden kann.

Das Badezimmer wird mit anderen Bewohnern geteilt, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat, da ich nur eine Nacht dort war. Es ist jedoch gut zu wissen, dass dies vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt eine Rolle spielen könnte.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt angenehm.
